The game works after disabling "Bink Video" for the cutscene's Here solution: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/2081#issuecomment-450017977
Just need to disable Uplay overlay for avoiding crashing.
The issue with random rectangular dimming are solved in DXVK v1.2.3 https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/commit/3b1e03f9887fc7b540c90e9e34e32b46612281bb
- Add PROTON_FORCE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE=1 %command% for avoid crashes.
- Disable Uplay overlay for avoiding stuck and black screen with artifacts on start.

You can play the campain without major issue but Anti-Cheat prevents multiplayer online.

The game runs out of the box (the launcher is a bit borked but you can launch the game without problems).
