The game works but has some texture issues and some white screen problems in some scenarios. The performance is almost half i got in windows, but it's generally playable. Not as confortable as in windows but it's playable.
The game runs with perfect sound and controls. Some levels have some missing textures and sometimes o get a white screen. The biggest problem is the performance, almost half of what you got in windows. It's playable but not as comfort as in windows.,
With the proton 4.11-1 just enable d9vk on settings and game runs perfectly. Super smooth, great performance, perfect graphics, sound and controls.
The game starts in 640x480, you have to manually set your resolution.
There's a small performance loss compared to windows
The game doesn't launch even Disabling Esync and forcing wine D3d11. I can listen the sound from SEGA in a blackscreen, than the window shuts down.
The game started working in the latest proton 3.16-6. It works out of the box with perfect Graphics, audio and controls. The only problem is if you make any changes to the graphical settings the game crashes. It will not start again until you delete the folders and files inside "SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/460790". It also has a significant lower performance compared to windows, but it's playable.
The works with perfect graphics, sound and controls. Already played for 4 hours and there's no problems at all, just pick up and play !
The game works perfectly out of the box. Sound, graphics and controls. Just hit play and enjoy !
The game woks well enough on linux, much better than the native port. But it still loses performance in comparison to windows.
Add the following commands to steam o avoid freezing after the initial intro video and problems with the game launcher.
"-nomoviestartup -NoLauncher"
Sometimes the games drop frames even if the cpu and gpu aren't overloaded.
The game works perfectly after setting the launch options with "DO=(%command%); "${DO[@]/%Launcher.exe/BorderlandsGOTY.exe}" Got 4K 60FPS ultra settings on my setup, with perfect graphics, sound and controls.
The game works almost perfectly. The option to FORCE_LARGE_ADDRESS isn't needed anymore. The game has perfect graphics and audio. The only glitch that i found is the lack of vibration on the xbox-one controller. Everything else is very smooth.
Besides the full-screen that doesn't work, the game works perfectly
To enable DX12 and Raytracing effects on nvidia hardware use the following command. "VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr,force_static_cbv %command% -dx12"
The game works perfectly in 4K out of the box. Graphics, sound and controllers (xbox one wired) 100 % functional.
Just a white screen but sound and controls seems to work
After the update to proton 4.2-3 the game runs perfectly, graphics, sound and controls.
The game runs perfectly fine, but there's a bug with mutter (Gnome) that is breaking the game in startup. It seems fine on Plasma desktop
Here's what is needed to make this game work on Gnome.
Install this gnome extension https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1873/disable-unredirect-fullscreen-windows/
Use this launch options: +com_skipIntroVideo 1 +com_skipSignInManager 1

Randon crashes, speacially when trying to plant seeds on vases.
When enemys shakes the screen it also crush's the fps.
The game crashed frequently for me, speacially when i tried to plant seeds in vases. The game just closes the window.
It seems a little more stable with proton-GE 6.16-1, mas still have crashes.
The game run out of the box with perfect graphics, audio and controls. The performance is good but it's noticeable slower than windows. My system runs in 4K Max settings on W10, on linux i have to downgrade to 1800p and use SSAO instead HBAO+ to get 60fps. As already described here, the game needs mplat.dll to play cutscenes and tutorial videos, it s almost the same method as RE2, the diference is that you do not need the xact lib, only mf will do the trick. The following tutorial works for me: http://bestlinuxgames.com/?q=content/devil-may-cry-5-proton-fix-mfplatdll
The game works perfectly. Graphics, audio and controls. Xbox one controller working properly.
Using the latest Proton GE and nvidia drivers the game works perfectly out of the box. I got a perfect 60fps in 1440 and max settings.

The single-player mode works perfectly, after 5.13 update all the freezes are gone.
the game started to work with the latest 4.2-4 proton. Controls and sound are perfect but graphics have some texture and rendering issues. Tested with d9vk gives a much more pleasant experience.
The games renders perfectly with d9vk now, but the framehate and frame times are terrible. The games works now but the performance still suffers.
As already noted in the comments, after installing directx9 with winetricks the game works perfectly
With the latest d9vk 0.20 this game is now platinum. It works perfectly out of the box, even fullscreen that use to be a issue is now fixed. Graphics, sound and controls are perfect. Linux is the new gaming platform !
The freezes on the first cutscene, no matter what i tried to do.
It only got ingame using ProtonGE 6.13
Just type "protontricks 449610 d3dcompiler_47" and you are good to go. https://github.com/GloriousEggroll/proton-ge-custom/releases
The history mode doesn't work, since it loses sync of video/audio. The multiplayer also doesn't work.
The game freezes on the benchmark mode once.

Quantum break is made to run in conjunction with the web series, on linux the game portion runs fine but the webseries crashes the game
The performance is a littler slower than windows
The online webseries present on the game doesn't work, i just crash the game to the desktop when it's supposed to run.

The game works fine in full screen, xbox one controller works ok out of the box. The only issues are with some minor sound glitches and performance that is almost 50% what i got on windows. But it's playable
The game has severe graphical issues, most textures render as black. Performance, audio and controls are fine.
The still have some graphical issues and black textures. Sound, controls e FPS are OK.
The has lot's of black textures and corrupted graphics. Sound and controls are perfect.
The game works perfectly fine. 1440p 60fps, max settings. Sound and controls are also perfect. Sometimes you got some stutering due to shader compilation, but it's very rare.
Config tools still doesn't work. Configurations have to be mande by file. Resolution didn't change even after modify the file. Besides it, the game works perfectly fine with great performance, sound and controls.
With the latest proton 4.2-3 the launcher menu now works perfectly. There's no need to import xml files. Everything is silk smooth. I just recomend to disable vsync in graphics options.

After proton 3.16-7 the game works almost perfect. The joystick now works fine but there's a small delay betwen the button press and the action in game. Also my xbox one controller is identified as a generic control. But the game is perfectly playable now.
The game works with perfect sound and graphics. But the joystick (xbox one) is recognized as a generic one and there's a huge input lag delay betwen the button press and the action. It seems that the problem got worse since the last proton update.
The game works fine now, no input lag or graphical problems. The only small issue is the xbox controller being detected as a generic one.
Xbox controller is detected is a generic joystick
The game works perfectly out of the box. Just hit play and enjoy
I was having joystick problems on the native linux version. The proton version works perfectly and recognize my joystick out of the box.
The game has serious audio issues and lots of noise. The performance is a little slower than windows. It only works in DX11 mode, in DX12 mode the game doesn't start
After the latest FAUDIO update on proton 3.16-5 all the audio glitches are gone. This game is now perfect playable on proton.
The graphics, sound and controls works perfectly. The only issue is the framerate that's half the performance than windows in the same machine, also the loading times seens longer. But it's playable.
The game runs and works perfectly, with nvidia beta driver even hair works is working :). It lost a little performance compared to windows, but that is expected.
Just hit start and play

The game freezes often after 20min of gameplay
Just found out that the instability i mentioned in my last report was a hardware failure, the proton layer is working perfect
The doesn't start. It stuck trying to download some .net dependencies.
