You have to start it more than once for the UPlay launcher to work, but after that it works without any issues
Works without issues for me
It's probably a good idea to disable TAA, it gives a big performance boost
Proton-6.21-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
Proton-GE needed
It's playable with exception of certain low-fps areas
In rooms with heavy lighting the FPS tanks
Much better performance with ACO enabled
You should go to the game directory, then to the "data" folder, find config and change these to your resolution:
r_width="1280" r_height="800" fov="100.00"
You have to install dotnet40 either via protontricks or winetricks, runs perfectly after that
Everything just works, unlike my CD version that I couldn't run in Wine no matter what
If you can ignore the glitched models it works well
Some models are pretty broken
It runs almost flawlessly, but you can't play any movies - it crashes the game. The FPS is a bit less than my friend has with the same GPU on their PC running Win10, but other than that it is perfectly playable.
Proton-6.9-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
Without Proton-GE the initial setup fails and the game wouldn't start
Some light effects are not displayed properly if DX12 is used (can be switched to DX11 in settings)
Like ITGaz mentioned, you have to set Windows version to Windows 10
6.19-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
Just use Proton-GE or else the menu doesn't show up and the game never loads - it relies on videos to play
You better have better hardware to play it comfortably
On a Vega 56 you get around 35% of re-projected frames, compared to 5% on Windows. Even after lowering the settings this doesn't go away
Runs pretty well on Vive
It only worked on the second try after I logged into Uplay, but it works well after that
You need mf-install, or the game softlocks in the tutorial
Since they've switched to proton it works flawlessly, but you have to select DX10 version, DX11 version has visual bugs. However, the DX10 version works OOTB
