Run fine without Background Recording
You might enable Background Recording for other games, but for this game you should disable the Background Recording, at best it will record without sound(which defeat the point of recording a rhythm game), at worst it will crash the game.

Sometimes crashes after a song. However, this is also an issue on Windows.
A lot of the bugs you may find with the game are also common issues on Windows. So it may a problem on the games part.

Ralentizaciones ocasionales
El juego es juguable pero noto un calentamiento medio en mi dispositibo, ademas que solo puedo lanzarlo utilizando los graficos integrados, esto devido a que el juego no me detecta la grafica

Ive played over 100 hours of this game on my Windows machine with full HQ settings so when I switched to Linux Mint and tried the default proton steam recommendation it was playable but there was (to me) very noticeable blurry gameplay. It didnt matter if I did fullscreen, windowed, lower refresh rates, different resolutions. It was blurry to me. Changing to Proton 9.0-2 (I know it says I picked 9.0-1 I just couldnt find '-2' in the drop down) completely solved everything and I now play on the highest resolution, unlimited framerate, and get crisp gameplay. I also immediately afterwards scored an All Perfect which to me verifies that audio sync is not an issue at all. Have fun!

Specify Proton version to Proton Experimental or Proton 7.0 if possible, don't use GE. Using any other version may cause significant audio delay (especially in game after a while of playing, the music and the hit sound will slowly become unsync). If you noticed any audio pop (slow stop interval), then you should change Proton version before it becomes unbearable and ruin your game experience.

En la ultima actualizacion, yo juguaba a este juego, junto con su DLC y sin utilizar ningun parametro de lanzamiento, (Utilizando tambien proton 7.0-6) pero, hace poco fui a juguarlo de nuevo, y me encontre con la sorpresa de que tanto con parametros de lanzamiento, como sin estos el juego se queda en una pantalla en negro o salta un error diciendo que mi grafica no soporta diretX 11 : ( Seguire haciendo pruebas y hare un reporte mas extenso en cuanto mi dispositivo se enfrie, ya que el juego si vien se queda en una pantalla en negro, aparentemente tambien empieza a consumir recursos como si se ejecutara...

Game stuttering to the point where it impacts gameplay
This game especially doesn't like to run well on lower end devices but I found that setting the fps to v-sync, setting the resolution to the minumum possible, and setting effects quality to low greatly improves the experience.

Steam FPS unlimited, in-game FPS 120. Resolution 1600x900 (even on Steam Deck screen since it fills the edges and makes things bigger!) VSync off. You can lower the wattage a bit if you want too.
Used to have the rare desync or two, but no longer.
Rhythm games suit the Steam Deck so well.
