If you Download the launcher from BDO website and add as NON-steam Game this will Load the Game correctly you have to Force use Proton 5.07.
This will only get Launcher working correctly Does not Launch Game yet But Should if purchased thru Main website.
Downloaded Game from Main website Installed Via Steam Non Game.

Slight Mouse Flicker whence in Game Not a big issues barely noticeable. Could be Manufacturer design.

Flickering Textures
Game looks Amazing!
Slight Degradation in Lighting Flicker: Turning on Vsunc in Game Menu Seems to remove this for the most part.
As Noted some type of light flicker with Vsync off but seems normal.
Amazing Graphics! Its in Racoon subway so i feel nostalgic starting it!
Turning AA settings off removed artifacts, Temporal AA was the least flicker.
Artifacts Flicker When AA Options are turned on all settings FXAA, TAA, SMAA, Artifcats dont flicker when turned off. TAA has least amount of flicker.
I disabled Sync to Vblanc, disabled texture clamp disabled, disabled allow flipping, Enable antisotropic 16x, enable fxaa, enable high quality, enable Vsync in RE6 menu if needed for your monitor setup only, THIS completely removed the LOAD time bug, ( Theory: if u enable vsnyc in game which i am running with also thru RE6 menu whilst hacing alst other nvidia kernel settings on/off i believe this may have been causing glitches somehow will try to look further into it) ( also movie fix)
Other bugs:: Multiplayer player CO-OP session disconnects hopefully will test this now that load times are normal maybe will fix disconnect ?
Requires windows XP lullypops.
Working on a a workaround to get playing, launches into game then crashes.

Going to try what guy said was thinking myself the same equip helemt and other fancies try restart game maybe will fix ty!!!!!
