Works great

This game plays as good as windows. Encountered bugs are not Linux exclusive.
This game works fine out the box. I use gamemode launch options on all my games merely out of habbit.

There are some minor graphics stuttering on hightest settings. Tweaking settings eliminated this.
Other than slight stuttering at highest settings, the game was still playable. Lowering some settings smooths it out. Have played a fair amount of time in Mint.

I had no treatments, FPS drop, high RAM consumption, problems playing in groups, high latency in the game. I'm currently playing happily
mangohud PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 ENABLE_VKBASALT=1 DXVK_ASYNC=1 %command% -THREADS 6 -force-d3d11
Latency was great (Ping around 35-45 ms) I didn't have any problems
I have more than 258 hours of gameplay and I have had no problems with the game using Linux. My FPS didn't drop below 60 and I set it to a maximum of 60, where it's around 62-63. And I didn't activate Gamemode. GE-PROTON 8-9
Works without any issues, what is a "platinum" rating in my book :)
If you don't mind that you have to restart game every 20 minutes, it's ok...
After 20 minutes of play it starts to be unplayable. FPS drops up to 1 and jumps between 1 and 90.

40fps limit
Work out of the box with a Fresh install of Garuda Linux. Nothing to do at all.

Effects were completely gone after a while of playing. Which could be a game bug.
Lots of framedrops the first few minutes, later it only drops when in areas with lots of effects.
Some lag spikes after they moved their server inhouse
DXVK_ASYNC=1
Severe micro stuttering even at 110+ fps
I tried without the lauch parameters also poop
Finished game with minor lighting issues
Light effects are playing too fast
Minor bugs, but runs fine.
Game crashed in a cutscene. After I closed the game and started again, I had no issues in this same cutscene. It's important to take into consideration that my hardware isn't that great.
A little delay before loading cutscenes and new maps. Doesn't affect the gameplay.
Probably with a better hardware you can get a better experience.
Light flickering due to post processing effects, I managed to get rid of it by creating a user.cfg file in the game root directory and add
sys_spec=4
r_PostProcessEffects=0

Serious lightning issues

Impossible to find a graphic setting that corrects the issue. Tested with : PE, 6.3-5, 5.0-10 & 4.11-13

So far game is playable on my system, just not as smooth as windows
Textures appear to come in and out of focus, this is intermittent and does not prevent game play so far.
Game runs a little slow and stutters
enjoyable experience is a relative term, mostly people will be pleased
Selected older version of Proton
The underground is getting blurry and is constantly changing. There are dancing lights and reflections that are distracting.
Works with Proton 5.0-10, but face artifacts with 5.13, 6.3 and Experimental.
Glorious Eggroll
Experienced slight hangs and then the game would smooth out. This was happening every few seconds until I used Glorious EggRoll (Proton 5.21-GE-1). After applying GE everything smoothed out.

The game starts, however it has a bug in areas with lighting, such as extreme glare flashing. This makes the game unplayable.
Proton 6.3-5

Unable to launch
Tried all installed Proton and Proton GE versions but the game won't launch

Install & play.
Works perfectly

Apart from the very very minor graphical glitches that are barely noticeable, the experience seems on part with what I would get on Windows.
Some minor graphical glitches during cinematics and playing. More noticable in cinematics, but ortherwise it's barely noticable. It's like some kind of blur (Motion blur is turned off). Setting the graphical quality to a higher setting seem to lessen the "blur". VSync turned off seem to help too...
Steady 60 fps. Graphics are gorgeous. Gameplay is perfect. Basically a very good out-of-the-box experience.
The game runs out of the box
Offlinemode with annoying lighting/flickering issues. Onlinemode runs with normal graphics. Weird bug.
Lighting issues, flickering only in offlinemode
Rarely crashes after changing settings. One crash while entering a new map.

Installed out of the box, no tinker, just works.
Works out of the box
Finished the game at launch. Now with new Proton the bubble head problem is fixed.
Since Proton version 5.x the bobblehead issues are now resolved and game runs flawlessly out of the box. Note, I have not tried multiplayer.
There is still a lot of minor bugs in the game, but those are unrelated to Proton.
Sometimes I need to press the keyboard key twice before it registers, especially in boss fights.
With Proton 5.0-7, lights graphic glitch is now fixed and game runs much faster in light intense places. So far I had no issues playing it.
nVidia Prime (prime-run %command%)
noticable delay because of low frame rate, moving mouse causes frame drop (down to 8 fps). changing mouse polling rate did help this time
completely unplayable on Intel Core i7-7700HQ, 16 GB DDR4 and nVidia GeForce 940MX, not even playable in 800x600 (about 30 fps, fonts all blurred)
works great out of the box 90% windows performance

If I restore my Windows save, I have got a lights problem, the game looks blurred.
If not, game looks well. Probably if I get an object which has got texture effects or particles, the lights will crash again, but I don't know.
I can load my Windows save reemplacing files, but the lights of the game crash.
OK to play if you have a high tolerance for minor annoyances. Not all from Proton.
One Boss T-Posed the entire fight, making it harder as there were no telegraphs. Lighting glitches.
Stuttering and eventual frame rate degredation. Starts out at 60fps, drops to sub-20fps in under an hour of play.
The game feels rushed. Many issues I have are with how the game feels itself. Combat is clunky, movement is janky.
Overall it's playable, if you enjoy games like that and want to kill some time - it's totally possible on Linux with stock Proton runtime.
With 1.0.12.0 patch and proton 5.0-5 there are minor glitches, mostly with lighting. It's mostly severe on the town square where lights are randomly moving around.
