As mentioned in other submissions, the mouse look is funky if you don't have a controller plugged in. Plug one in and you're good to go. Game plays excellently, full frames, holy cow is it beautiful.

Works great 95% of the time. Occasionally, seemingly at random, my FPS will drop to 10-15 and last until the end of a race/event. After finishing, going back through a menu and starting another race, it'll be back to normal.
