Works fine out of the box but performance is not perfect
Text can render not so great on the Deck's resolution and it's pretty small.
It runs fine most of the time, but it can sometimes dip, at least playing handheld.
Works perfectly out of the box
I use the grip buttons to change between rank and suit by clicking on them with the mouse.
Deadliest Warrior expansion does not work at all
On native there's no sound and it keeps saying "not responding" and with Proton in crashes on the menu.
Works great out of the box, no problems
Reduced right trackpad sensibility. Waay to high by default
It just doesn't launch. With or without proton. :v
Sometimes a bar appears on the top of the screen and displaces the game out of the screen.
Terrible performance, too low fps.
It was running at 7fps, totally unplayable
Works great out of the box but saves are not synced
Saved is not synced with Steam Cloud, so you have to do it yourself. I use Syncthing for this.
Very nice experience for 4+ players on the sofa, but choose your controllers wisely
Had to disable Steam Input to use 3 PS4 controllers and 2 XBox cotrollers. Otherwise the controllers are not recognized correctly.
Does not work correctly with Steam Input. As described above.
Enjoyed it as much as it can be enjoyed I think
Lag and freezes
Works great out of the box
Using middle mouse button makes the camera move abruptly
Works perfectly out of the box
It doesn't work native, does not even reach the menu. Also text glitches with proton versions 4.11-11 and 4.2-9. 3.16-9 smoothly worked for me.
Sometimes the game menu (the office) would be all black except the objects. Sometimes some text it's not readable because it's the same color as the background.
It seemed great at the start, but after a few bombs it would just crash every bomb after if finished.
Works perfectly out of the box
Great game for the Deck but there are some considerations to take
If you are planning to play with mods have a mouse around, a lot of them don't have controller support.
I don't know why, I think it has to do with the Steam Runtime, but it sometimes just wipes whatever I have saved and when you open the game it's like you have never opened it before. I make regular backups of my mod profiles and if something happens I just go to the Desktop mode and overwrite everything.
I believe, not quite sure, that this occurs when you open the game right after closing it. So if I want to restart I wait for 5-10 seconds. Make backups!
Just don't use the level editor on the Deck
The level editor does not work without keyboard & mouse
The game works great out of the box when playing with a controller.
While playing with mouse and keyboard, I had some strange mouse movement. Switching to windowed mostly fixed the issue.
Works great out of the box
The game has no controller support but its playable with Steam Input. It's just akward sometimes to use the trackpad for the inventory and so, but it's fine.
Everything runs smoothly.
I've had problems running with Steam Remote Play Together and Team Speak 3: if TS3 it's on ALSA mode, TS3 freezes when someone joins the session. In any other case it works perfectly.
Works perfectly out of the box
Sometimes it can take a bit for the game to detect the controller, but that's how this game works unfortunately
Works perfectly out of the box
It works even with JoyCon controllers.
Not good enough. The occasional frame drops are too heavy, the sound it's just bad.
Sound haves some issues. It's hard to tell exactly what's happening, but it seems when multiple sound effects are playing the compression doesn't work properly and the sound haves some annoying ups and downs in the volume.
Game has run smoothly most of the time, but I've had some very hard framdrops on the rites, for a few moments makes it unplayable to the point I've lost a rite due to performance.
Tried running it on proton 3 and 4, but it didn't even launch.
The game dosen't get to the menu due to EAC launch fail.
Easy anti cheat doesn't launch
Great out of the box. Try to have all your controllers connected all the time
Connecting or disconnecting controllers crashes the game.
Works great out of the box. There are performance issues and bugs due to the game being early access.
Although the multiplayer experience is not great at the moment, it's due to the game being in early access and not to any linux compatibility problems
Switching to Vulkan can result in less stuttering, epecially after Unreal Engine 5 (Update 8)
Great out of the box, no tinkering required
Runs at 50-80fps depending on the factory with the graphics set at max (1080p) and Lumen on.
-vulkan
Sometimes buildings are invisible, when this happens I just build more of the same building and 'loads'. Don't know what's happenning here but I'm told this is not a Linux-only issue tho.
Satisfactory is a great game to play on Linux :)
Some problems with controllers from time to time
There's always some problem with controllers in this game. It has got better with time tho.
Works fine but it sometimes gives controller problems
This game is notorious for controller problems. Last time I played with four players for around 20 minutes when suddently only one character was on screen, scores were all wrong and the game kept going.
Nice to play on the deck
Some lockers can be hard to read
PS4 controller does not work at all.
Can sometimes go as low as 25fps, but generally it's over 35. Still feels nice.
If you only intend to play casually, maybe you can tolerate the crashes.
Game crashes from time to time.
Disabled crossplay as it (seems) to be an issue
Crashes around 2 times per hour
Kicked from the server: 'A disallowed tool was found running in your system'. I'm not running anything weird.
I wouldn't run it on linux until they officially support it, there's a risk of getting banned.
Work great out of the box. Some popups don't show the A/B buttons, but they work
-windowed -noborder
System hangs if not using "-windowed -noborder" as launch options
Very low fps while playing after the first scene. When in pause menu fps it's normal.
The game works great, but not being able to load a saved game means you can't turn it off.
Saved games are lost when restarting the game
