Saved is not synced with Steam Cloud, so you have to do it yourself. I use Syncthing for this.

With Radeon Driver, The Game is perfectly playable.
Don't play this game on Nvidia GPU, It'll sucks.

PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Piss Poor Peformance. Heavy Stutter when objects in screen gets cluttered. like Late Games like Underwater in Normal Mode and Hard Mode in general.
It's shame 'cos the game kicks arse. Since other people have no issue, maybe my Nvidia Driver decides to fucking me up.

Works almost perfectly
The game stutters when entering shops and other side areas

The game would often experience framedrops, it is most noticable when taking damage, while youre grabbing a new weapon it gives a sligt framedrop when it changes scene
Please keep in mind of the perfomance drop especially when you take damage as it can potentially affect gameplay to a degree but you should be fine for the most part

Game doesn't support Steam Cloud Sync, be careful!
Incredible game. It's worth noting that it *does not support Steam Cloud*. You'll notice on Steam Deck that all progress has been lost.

Minor issue, but quite playable and fun.
Stuttering when time is manipulated (safe zones, upon taking dmg)
Overall, works without any configuration, windowed or fullscreen.

PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Will not launch without forcing Wine D3D11
Works perfectly out of the box. No issues found.
I did experience some slowness only during the first launch of the game, but I think that was because of some processes running in the background and not the games or Proton/Linux's fault.
Works pretty well apart from some controller issues and the occasional frame drop
Steam detected my PS4 controller and tells you the game has native controller support. However, I was only able to get it working by manually changing the controller mapping in Steam i.e it didn't work initially. After that the controller worked fine.
Some framerate drops and occasional stuttering
Works perfectly

Works OOTB with no issue.
Tested with latest Proton at time of report [7.0-6] and was able to play with no issues. Works just like you'd expect it to on any OS.
Just work
Just install and play, work fine as in windows.
Works great. Didn't need to change the controls. Doesn't seem to have any differences compared to windows.
Note that game speed is tied to framerate so keeping the limit to 60 is required to run at full speed. Also, Steam Cloud saves are not supported for moving unlocks between devices.
Occasional periods of frame skipping
Make a dxvk.conf and add this line of code to it "dxgi.syncInterval = 0". This should smooth out the gameplay and make it no longer slow down when entering or leaving a area.
Would slow down even harder in specific areas where the game would usually slow down without making the dxvk.conf file like said above.
Runs perfectly OOTB.
Game runs with zero issues OOTB.
some slowdown when restarting a run in progress
works great, have only tried xbox 360 wired controller
video occasionally freezes, but game still running "in background" with controls working
Sometimes when using fullscreen, a frame gets stuck on screen with audio and the game in general still working. I have to toggle fullscreen in order to get the game working properly again and can go back to fullscreen but then it seems that the problem happens no matter if I am in fullscreen or windowed mode. Further testing/tinkering might be needed in order to know if this issue is really linked to fullscreen and if there is a solution.
This issue can happen 2-4 times a game so it can be pretty annoying but not to the point where it makes the game unplayable imo.
works great
Plays great, just make sure your fps cap is set to 60 or the game will play in slow motion
Frames drop even though game is not demanding
Changed display refresh rate to 40Hz to increase battery life
Runs flawlessly out of the box
Works perfectly on Steam Deck. This game is so light weight that there isn't a need to adjust graphic settings either. From memory, I dont think there are any graphic settings anyway.

After a few flawless sessions, the entire game ran slowly. Not like bad performance slow, I mean it is like the game is on easy mode. I remember that downwell actually has such a mode, so maybe it is somehow stuck like that despite this being a new savegame?
After a couple sessions like this, the game stopped launching at all. I am saving that for a seperate report , though, in case it somehow fixes itself.
No issues found
Just works
Runs with no issues
Works perfect!
Couldn't run it with Proton 5+, try Proton 4.x if you experience any bug.
On Windows the game runs on 30FPS (it's intended by it's developers), when running it with Proton 4.-, I noticed that the game was 60FPS
