You can easily get 40 FPS by settings the preset to Ultra and then turn Water Details to Very High, Environment Detail to High or Medium, Shadow to Very High, Fog to Low, turn off Triple Buffering and HBAO+. The biggest impact is the Environment Detail in which the Distance Slider is now tied to from before. It's the biggest hit to performance out of all the options with HBAO+ being second and Shadows Third.
I did not experience long load times like others have stated.
