2 Player Mode works. Just connect your controllers and play. Steam should set them up for you.

It supports all manners of aspect ratios including 16:10 (though the game itself will appear in a 4:3 box in the middle of the screen with art borders). Don't know why others said that it did not have 16:10 support. Maybe they fucked something up or changed some setting? You can also modify how the game box appears making it smaller or bigger etc.
