Works perfectly without any tweaks on Proton Experimental Bleeding Edge branch. On Proton-GE slightly old libs and multiplayer didn't work.
Game can work slow, when you change graphic settings. Need restart
Ingame text chat not work.
Only text chat problem.
Ingame fsr works slightly strange. I recommend use gamescope and relaunch game after graphic settings change.
RADV_PERFTEST=nosam
Game periodicaly crashes every 10-20 minutes. FIx it disable Resizable bar through BIOS or launch options for Mesa RADV_PERFTEST=nosam
Some audio cracks with ingame music
After few time, game will use a big RAM values and perfomance will slowdown. Fix by restart game.

Game crashed 1 time after alt-tab. No more issues
Works only after wine patches. Proton haven`t it. Simpliest way: Install lutris - install wine tkg-mwo-4.1 - import game from steam - use custom runner - tkg-mwo-4.1 - set paths in options for prefixes and .exe ( for exe: /home/user/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/MechWarrior Online/Bin64/MWOClient.exe ; for prefix: ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/342200/pfx ) If you want launch game from steam library without running lutris (like me, for use steam controller or another reasons), just create .destop file that contain this: Exec=env WINEPREFIX="/home/user/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/342200/pfx/" /home/user/.local/share/lutris/runners/wine/tkg-mwo-4.1-x86_64/bin/wine /home/user/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/"MechWarrior Online"/Bin64/MWOClient.exe . Better if you create file in game folder - simpliest way for fix path in steam (on me steam missing all after spaces in launcher ways). Also i recomend instal latest DXVK (1.0 release now)
Work nice after fixes. Need to install DXVK 0.95 or higher, and ms wmf from here https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/issues/728#issuecomment-459839962 (instructions included). High fps without freezes on ultra-settings
with latest tkg build, most things work fine, except minor black artifacts sometimes and broken graphical settings tab in menu

Game starts in windowed mode. Graphical settings unavailable - you may need change it in notepad.
Played on free weekend. Runing without any problems. Good fps on medium settings. Multiplayer work too.
Work`s fine after replace original exe to cracked (lol). Some non-critical graphic bugs

LAN coop not work
May be need to install mf-dlls to native proton. In GE all work fine. Troubles only with MP - maybe steam version havent this troubles

Game need https://github.com/z0z0z/mf-install for correct play. After this game work pretty fine, without black screen on start or any another issues.
Must work on vanila proton too
