Fonctionne mieux que sous Windows 11
Sous Windows 11, les combats contre les ennemis avec les pistolets (chauve souris, tigres, le gorille géant) sont buggués, avec Proton ces problèmes n'existent pas ! Incroyable !

for the first startup you need to use the touchscreen to configure the games resolution and graphics
If you connect another controller, you need to manually switch the active controller in the games settings. The game won't show the controller symbols
The game is running fine on Linux. But when you play the game on the deck, it will need a bit of tinkering (see above)

The game shows keyboard inputs instead of controller ones
The game works wonderfully out of the box, as expected. Not many settings can be changed and the framerate is capped at 60fps max however. Note that the game will always show keyboard inputs instead of controller one. To have controller inputs show, you need to manually unbind every single keyboard key in the settings menu, which can be a bit of a hassle with the Steam Deck's built-in keyboard. I advise using an external one for that.
Works ootb.
Works nice!!!

My first game on the deck and the experience was great!
As described in other reports, unbinding the keyboard and mouse actions in the controller menu from the game fixes the tutorial messages.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
I think the game runs perfectly well in Linux and could even be considered Linux Verified if the start up menu could be updated.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
When using Vulkan and going into Croft Manor, the Hedge Maze can cause dramatic fps dips to below 30fps while the rest of the game runs at a near consistent 144fps.
This only happens with Vulkan, enabling OpenGL with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% seems to not have the same issue and maintains a near perfect 144fps throughout gameplay.
enabling OpenGL with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% seems to yield the best performance right now with a much more consistent frame rate
Shows keyboard prompts unless you unbind the shared keyboard/controller binds in the options menu so if jump has a controller button and a keyboard key bound then you want to only have the controller button bound or keyboard prompts will display
Same problem as with playing on windows, have to manually fix the shared controller / keyboard button bindings so they are no longer shared to have controller button prompts displayed instead of keyboard button prompts, game allows 3 button binds per action, you can ubind a key by assigning the same key to something else. (like up/down/left/right).
The game actually works better on Linux than on Windows.
Usually when playing on Windows there's a bug which causes shadows not to appear if you're playing with Anti-Aliasing turned on. On Linux, due to Proton's translation of DirectX to Vulkan it actually fixes this bug. It's possible that there's some missing texture filtering, as I noticed a couple of textures seemed to have a very thin stripe effect when I looked closely but that may have just always been how the texture looked.
Game shows keyboard inputs on screen, I couldn't find a way to change it to show controller.
If you don't mind a little trial and error with controls, because of the on-screen keyboard prompts, this game runs perfectly fine.
Proton 6.1-GE-2 did good on stopping most of the mouse freezing but was still laggy. The game only run when you put your mouse polliing rate below 1000hz (1ms), i set it to 500hz (2ms) and the game worked perfectly even on max graphics.
Works "out of the box"
This game perfectly run fine.
Works good
Game has no window mode.
Played with Proton 6.3-8.
Flawless right out of the box
It worked with Proton 5.13-6, didn't with Proton 6 (standard or GE)
running great
Finished main game + manor with no proton specific issues.
Game is somewhat buggy where certain enemies and bosses just run in place but that happens to a lot of windows users too. Possibly framerate related
don't launch with proton > 5.0. Works perfectly fine.
Works perfect on Proton 4.11-13
Works perfectly fine.
El Juego funciona de maravilla usando proton 6.3.5 en mi I3-1005G1 con graficos integrados Iris.
Played it over an hour. Works perfectly with zero issues.

Proton-6.1-GE-2 GloriousEggroll
Freezing the mouse if you turn off VSync and use Proton 5.13-6
Download and Play
It is a classic of the adventure genre, I played the game with an ultrawide monitor and it worked perfectly.
Runs out of the box
Worked out of the box with proton 4.11
Flawless experience.
Works out of the Box
Runs and plays perfectly given my hardware. I even managed to crank 120fps at 1080p! very happy
Didn't work properly with Switch Pro controller even though Steam recognised the controller and switched to the compatibility mode. DualShock 4 via USB works perfectly.
Perfect, no issues an completely lag free!

Played with Proton 5.0-7 with command params: PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
