Going trough the Title and then "Destroy" itself
It closes any time, I try too play. With hope and clue, ur can make you own Char for begin outside the Party again. Yea, thinker-Steps won't work. Singleplayer same as Multiplayer (cause Anti-Cheat)

PROTON_LOG=1
Had a bit of trouble with the other startup modifiers at first, but after using the one I listed it worked great.
Please note: It is a bit laggy on the title screen during the loading sequence for me. Usually I have to press the super key or alt+tab to basically just refresh it and it works just fine.
Doesn't launch, after a bit of wait back to the green Play button
Tried all combinations of Proton Exp, GE8, 8, 7, 6 and 5 with Vulkan/WINE D3D; none of made any difference. PROTON_LOG=1 works, but ultimately not helpful.

Runs perfectly in Single-Player
Works fine, I didn't test online play but it loads perfectly with default settings.

EAC prevents any online gamplay, be it PvE or PvP
Single player is fine but the online multiplayer is unplayable as a result of EAC. The developers have not toggled the EAC for linux.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
Steam overlay had intense graphical glitching
Crashes when minimizing the game on KDE plasma
Multiplayer is unplayable on as a result of EAC. Installing it or doing typical workarounds do not work. Developers have not enabled it.
Not playable in multiplayer
using openGL causes splash to lag, minimising on KDE plasma crashes game.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
when clicking "downloadable content" in title menu and when opening steam overlay.
use PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% to prevent shop menus from causing severe slowdown that lasts till exiting to title screen
EAC not working
EAC Kicked: EAC sandbox not active (dummy client)
only reason i got it was to play with my friends. it has ONLINE in the name for a reason.
Works fine.
Game only reads config (sound, graphics, controls) after entering the title screen and pressing a button, which means it starts in windowed mode and only then goes fullscreen if selected
Game runs fine out of the box.

Game works great in Pop OS! For those having problems "fatal error" during main menu, please use in launch options -d3d10 and give it a go.
Launch Parameters: -d3d10 This prevents crashing during title screen.
The game at starts, switches between fullscreen and windowing. When you reach main menu, it stabilizes to fullscreen.
Ran flawlessly start to finish
Single player works flawlessly, but multiplayer doesn't work due to eac.
Working great except multiplayer
Multiplayer not working Anti cheat problem
I needed to stop the game manually from Steam as it didn't exit automatically after the window closed (waited 2+ min.)
Little performance tweaks, smooth and stable 60 FPS at 2560x1440, VSync Off, render scale resolution 100%, remaining settings at maximum.
Start options: RADV_PERFTEST=aco gamemoderun %command%

Immediate Fatal Error
Upon launching, the game takes a few seconds, then shows a small dialog with the simple words "Fatal Error". Attempted to check debug logs but too extensive...
Functions like a charm. My computer can't keep up tho ^^;
Runs really great. nothing to complain about

Character creation works fine now. There is an issue where alt tab can cause problems for the camera, but alt-tabbing does not really have to do with the game itself, so I am giving this a platinum rating for everything else being perfect.

Character creation is borked. You need to downgrade to proton 4.2-9, create your character and then switch back if you want it to work with proton 4.11-2.

Game runs really smooth, some minor stuttering and framedrops, but i think that is because i have to run it on borderless/window mode because fullscreen would cap my fps at 30. Not a higher score because of what i mentioned above.

SP works great out of the box. Haven't tried multiplayer though, but since it uses EAC i don't expect it works.

This game works normal now. Before I was having some serious frame rate issues, making the game unplayable. After a couple of system updates and the latest version of proton (Beta 3.16-8) it runs like it should. I have not tried multiplayer though.

With Proton 4.2-1, the game launches perfectly fine once again, as it did on 3.16-4. All singleplayer content works well and runs fine, but I have to rating it at Silver due to EAC preventing online play.

Game works perfectly fine on 3.16-4, however with 3.16-8, as with -6 and -7, the game gets stuck on a black screen when launched, making it unplayable.

What works: Primary game out of the box, all DLC. Everything seemed to play great. What doesn't work: Online play (EAC fails to start).

Slow downs in solitary sands, but runs mostly perfectly. Shading error when trying to view inventory/equipment after leaving your home. Can be fixed with "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%", but this will slow down the game even more.

Conitues to load into a black screen with -7, can't skip past into game.

On proton 3.16-4 and previous versions I had network connection error. This error gone in proton 3.16-6 but the game stops at black screen while loading. When I returned to proton 3.16-4 all worked out fine except minor fps issues.

It’s possible to launch the game, however it’s unplayable with Proton 3.16-6. When it launches, it gets stuck immediately on a black screen that cannot be bypassed with button presses. This worked flawlessly on version 3.16-4, so I recommend downgrading to that version, through steam settings.

Runs fine with no tweaks necessary, but online play seems to be inaccessible.

The game runs fine without any tweaking, however in my case there are frame drops on The Old South, near the City Ruins. I have reduced graphics and deactivated depth of field, but frame drops were still present on that area. Though, the other areas are totally okay.

Infrequent crashes, dialog says related to shaders, so possibly GPU or drivers. Infrequent slow downs and stuttering.

Installed using Steam runtime (not Steam native). I only had to set "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%" in the launch options to get it running. Without this, I get the famous "DX11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine" error.
I played until tutorial's end, everything runs smoothly. Note that I had to disable my other monitors, because the mouse cursors leaves the game's window.

Runs flawlessly when frame rate is set to 6o fps.
