Could not run it out of box, had to force Proton, runs great after (seems like Arch Linux issue)
Even though the game is listed as "Native", I could not launch it. After quick googling, seems to have an issue with Arch Linux systems (I ran EndeavourOS).
Forcing the game to go through Proton (at the time of review, 8.0-2) fixed the issue.
Game runs and performance is great, but on Arch Linux (I use EndeavourOS) you might have to force Proton. 8.0-2 worked for me, did not need Experimental.

Multiplayer did not work after expansion release, while I hadn't bought the expansion.
After buying expansion, game connected to multiplayer correctly, without errors.
Everything - game, multiplayer, xbox one controller - works smoothly now.

Multiboxing with 2 accounts works smoothly with no performance issues. No performance difference from Windows. Experience is smooth.

default wineprefix -> install Windows DLL -> mfc140
Game did not launch on Steam out of the box. Needed Protontricks to set up mfc140 DLL. In-game needed to set "Graphics Quality" setting to "4K", even though I only have a 1080p monitor, because 2nd highest setting "High" made the game very blurry for me. With "4K" setting game looks and runs absolutely perfect though. No other issues experienced.
