Runs perfectly with the latest Proton-GE which has an ntsync patch. Make sure you have /dev/ntsync in your kernel, otherwise ntsync will not be used. Base Proton works fine, but is marginally slower for my system.
NEVER launches

I launch it on steam, it runs, stops and does nothing else. The log file says nothing.
Good game for the price on hardware strain
This could also run on my old system with a 1060 3gb (as long as I started it in 1080p due to too little vram)

really long load times with reports of "Steam is not responding"
If you use the official steam installation, it will be enjoyable and everything will be fine. If you install steam throug the snap store, your laoding times of every zone / level will exceed 2 minutes.
Works OOTB vanilla. Little work for mods
To use Mod Integration under Wayland, I created a start script: env -u WAYLAND_DISPLAY ./drg_mod_integration and launched it through the Steam Linux Runtime. This is because it depends on an outdated libssl library. If you are on X11, you do not need the start script.
Most mods will work as expected, however, some have Windows only dependencies.

Running in Wayland currently prevents Shift+Tab or the C invite menu from opening. As far as I can tell this is currently an issue with all steam games running under wayland. (Issue not present through XWayland)
On my hardware running the game on DX12 gets me ~80 more fps on average compared to DX11. Also running the wayland launch option is not required. However it did gain me 10-15 fps on my hardware. XWayland is still absolutly playable, and is able to max out my refresh rate of 144hz but I will continue running the wayland launch option as I do not need to use the steam overlay and I expect it should give me a bit more headroom for potential performance dips.
Using Proton, the game runs just like it does on Windows. No issues with Bazzite or with Intel Arc B580 GPU.

Raramente alcontece alguns estralos no audio.
Se precisar de mais FPS mude para o Proton-GE, porem a versão padrão do Proton ja roda o jogo perfeitamente.

Flawless experience, as good as native.
Pretty much a tinker free experienece, one of those games where you could pick it up and spend hours playing.
Stutters and hitches, as to be expected with older hardware such as mine.

Works really good, but maybe my pc a bit too weak and I feel like slow frametime. Or Im crazy. Because numbers are saying the opposite. Highly recommend to turn on steam shader pre-caching (and allow background processing of vulkan shaders, if you dont want to wait for shader compiling before launching the game). And set directX 12, instead of 11.
Game is perfectly playable and enjoyable without any tinkering, but if you want the smoothest framerates and cleanest experience, give the settings mentioned a shot and compare for yourself. Credit for these settings goes to previous reports from other users on this page. Thanks!
Works amazing right out the gate. spent probably ~3 hours today playing with a mate who is on windows, and worked flawlessly.

As long as no Proton version will be Buggy with this game. This will run perfectly.
