Works great
Works great. You might have to switch the Pulse Audio sources around in the system settings after launching the game to get Open Mic to work.
Perfect!
Just use the Vulkan renderer at launch / not DirectX
DXVK_NVAPI_DRIVER_VERSION=56070 %command%
My Nvidia driver is to old, so I had to add DXVK_NVAPI_DRIVER_VERSION=56070 %command%
. Now it works fine, aside from very few artifacts.
Added a missing DLL with Protontricks: Choose Gwent > Install DLL > mfc140 > done.
I have a great experience while playing it!
I installed it via Lutris. It runs perfect. I have a 4K monitor, so i needed to set the DPI settings to 144 DPI. Lutris -> Guild Wars 2 -> Wine Configuration -> Graphics -> DPI 144. Ingame -> Options -> enable UI Scaling.
Sometimes there are little hickups. But i think that ist not related to Proton.
Works great.
The game was locked to the resolution that the Steam-Deck uses. This happens all the time. I belive, that this is a bug in the current version of Steam, not the game.
I have Nvidia and encountered a black screen. But I found this fix on Gamining on Linux <3
However, for NVIDIA users, you may see a black screen. One fix there is to force the game into DirectX12 mode, which it seems you need to do directly in a configuration file. This file can be found somewhere like this depending on where you have it installed:
~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/2694490/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents/My Games/Path of Exile 2/poe2_production_Config.ini
Inside there set "renderer_type=DirectX12" on Line 7 (it will be Vulkan by default). Then you should be good to go.
Black screen after starting, but i could fix it.
Works fine for me so far and I am happy
A good experience. I had a few crashes, but that was not a big deal for me. I never lost any progress, as the game saves everything all the time, even inside battles. I would recommend it!
