No issues on Steam Deck! The controller input bugs I've encountered on desktop linux are absent on the Steam Deck, and even playing with an externally connected controller has no problems.
The game runs at 60FPS, so you should cap your screen at that to save battery on the OLED.

Fine with mouse and keyboard, but kind of unplayable with controller due to some input bugs.
Steam Input seems to inconsistently nuke this game. Also, having more than one controller plugged in makes the game indecisive on what controller to actually listen to inputs for, regardless of the status of Steam Input.

Works fine out of the box.

great game for the deck, great battery life
Works fine

mostly just works
using CRT mode makes the game render black. just select the other launch option to fix.
It just works!

Well, you can play with default controller configuration, i.e. like mouse + keyboard, but I prefer the one, where you can use the D-pad. The game works great, no issues or crashes so far.
SDL_VIDEODRIVER=windows %command%

Works almost out of the box and runs smoothly after a bit of tinkering
Doesn't run
Couldn't get it to start even using various proton versions and trying all the basic tricks in the book.
Installed and ran without issue. The game itself was just updated today with a lot of new content!

Platinum
Works out of the box!

Demo runs fine
Only tried the Demo for a bit, it just runs fine with Proton out of the box.
The game runs great
I put in ~7 hours and it works great
Works basically out of the box
Clicking outside the window when in fullscreen caused screen to go black. Turning off fullscreen in the game menu fixed the issue.
Demo is working great!

Works fine out of the box
Make sure you're running it with Proton 7.0-2 and not Experimental

Only the demo is out on steam (at time of writing this report).
