Dependencies Needed
Had issues at first. Installed mesa-vulkan-radeon-32bit and mesa-vulkan-overlay-layer, and it now works perfectly. I'm guessing the missing dependency was the radeon-32-bit driver, not the overlay layer.
Since this was a dependency issue, I'm going to actually list out the Steam/Wine/gaming dependencies I have installed. I'm running Void, but packaging philosophy is very similar to Arch. Most packages are one-to-one, but the names use different conventions (ie, mesa-32bit vs lib32-mesa).
mesa-dri{,-32bit} vulkan-loader{,-32bit} mesa-vulkan-radeon{,-32bit} mesa-vaapi{,-32-bit} mesa-vdpau{,-32bit} mesa-vulkan-overlay-layer wine wine-common winetricks steam alsa-plugins{,-32bit} giflib{,-32bit} gnutls{,-32bit} gst-plugins-base1{,-32bit} gtk+3{,-32bit} mpg123 mono ncurses ncurses-libs{,-32bit} ocl-icd{,-32bit} sqlite{,-32bit} v4l-utils{,-32bit} libdrm{,-32bit} libgcc-32bit libgcrypt{,-32bit} libglvnd-32bit libgpg-error{,-32bit} libjpeg-turbo{,-32bit} libldap{,-32bit} libmpg123{,-32bit} libopenal{,-32bit} libpng-32bit libpulseaudio{,-32bit} libstdc++-32bit libva{,-32bit} libXcomposite{,-32bit} libXinerama{,-32bit} libxslt{,-32bit}
Works perfectly out of the box with stable 60 FPS
around 20 FPS with High preset

5.11-GE-3-MF GloriousEggroll
5.11-GE-3-MF GloriousEggroll
Lowest settings: frequent drops down to 15 FPS, usually around 30 FPS, some 50-60 FPS peaks
works fine
For the true Sanctum fan the performance issues might be acceptable, but not for the average gamer.
It starts out ok, but the more towers you build, the worse it gets. I was hitting single digit FPS during the final waves of maps.

Works perfectly now for me without tweak

Works perfectly.

Working perfectly out of the box.

Runs slightly faster than native windows.

Never had any issues with Sanctum. It plays just like a native game after 5 hours of coop

Run well out of a box, but with PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 gives better performance

Found no bugs, but had some lag, disable Steam overlay, lowering graphics helped.

Don't start without tweaks. Best performances with PROTON_NO_D3D11

Perfect

Only tested singleplayer, had to lower video settings, but otherwise super playable.

not tested multiplayer; work with xbox 360 controller wirreless (using xboxdrv)

4k settings, no issues.

No issues

Tested singleplayer for a few minutes, solid 60+FPS on an empty map. Drops slightly when large numbers of ennemies appear. Multiplayer not tested.
