The game runs completely fine with the native Linux port, however my desktop cursor would show on top of the game cursor both in fullscreen and windowed mode. To fix this I switched back to Proton 4.2-9 and the problem was immediately gone.
Sometimes, especially during loading times, you can hear crackling audio. It's not a big issue, but it is noticeable. I don't know if this is a Linux/Proton issue, or if this is a just the game
The game would run at an extreme low frame rate with post processing on ultra, as indicated by other users changing it to medium and leaving everything else on ultra fixed the problem
During the first session the game was fine, however booting the game a second time make the HUD glitch. To get around this I switched from Proton Experimental to Proton 7.0-6
The game plays well with no tinkering, the only minor issue is that with almost every loading screen a black screen would appear first, the real loading screen would appear after pressing a button and the game would load normally. I don't know if staying on the black screen would load the next menu.
Tried both on GE and Proton Experimental, but the crackling did not go away
At first the fps drops were annoying, but after a bit they became unbearable
Because of the constant fps drops and audio issues I cannot consider this a pleasent experience
There were some minor FPS drops in some areas, but this happened once or twice, nothing major anyways
Even though not extremely significant, there are slight fps drops here and there
The game crashed a couple of times
The game runs well, but the frequent crashes make it basically unplayable
The game crashes every 20, or so, minutes
The native version didn't recognize my Xbox Series X/S controller, switching to the newest proton version (in my case 8.0-3) resolved the issue immediately
