Works without issue, but without native gamepad support. Default Steam K+M controls work well enough for handheld.
K+M controls are a bit more awkward in handheld, but it works. Not a very taxing game, mobile game looking interface, no issues running in handheld or desktop. Just... works.
Game is made for touch screen controls, and you can fully use the possibilities that Deck gives you. Everything is running smoothly, with no significant issues.

As most reviews say, once you place https://steamcommunity.com/app/252130/discussions/0/451848855005093934/#c451851477890334456 these files on ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/252130/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Application Data/Dividebysheep/Local Store/ you can start from level 2. I have reached up to the second world and everything seams to be working fine, probably not as smooth as native games but not bad.

Selecting the first level leads to a black screen, I had to force quit the game. It can be bypassed with a save game that has the first level already completed. Additionally, despite the graphics being extremely simple, the game runs at an unpleasantly low frame-rate.

Used Proton 4.2.5. Main menu loads but then black screen with white cursor when trying to load a level. Have to kill the PID to exit.

Unknown(< 1 hour with Proton)Had the same Level 1 bug that a Windows user had which causes the game to lockup. I had to bypass level 1 with a save from the dev: https://steamcommunity.com/app/252130/discussions/0/451848855005093934/#c451851477890334456 After pasting the files into the game's prefix appropriate location, level 2 & onwards seems to work without issues now.

UnknownUnknownGame started to the main menu, after selecting the first level the game black screens and i could only see the cursor, and hear a sound effect when pressing esc. Tweaks don't change anything.

The game boots perfectly to the initial menu, but once you click on the right screen to open the first level it boots black and doesn't work. There is audio feedback but nothing happens even after a few minutes of waiting.
