Works perfectly out of the box, I noticed a bit of lag during multiplayer matches, could be a network/server issue unrelated to proton/linux.
Missing voices at the start of the first mission, closed the game and started again, all good.
Alt-Tab in Fullscreen leaves the game in screen black when going back to the game, Borderless Window fixes the problem.
Not a Linux related issue, but the requirement for a Bethesda account to play the campaign is ridiculous, I'm playing with Steam in offline mode to bypass that.
With stock proton audio was not working, I just switched to Glorious Eggroll and everything ran nicely.

Crashed only once, IIRC it used to crash on Windows after many hours

Despite stuttering during cutscenes, the game runs perfectly, solid 60 fps.
Stuttering during cutscenes, the final one is the worst, drops to 5 fps.
Very small black artifacts on grass.
The game freezes at the start on the sixth misson if you try to set skills for Valentina. I tried other protons version (experimental and older) as well as the Windows 7 mode offered by the game. What solved the problem for me was to just ignore it, play the mission some minutes more and then set her skills.
I was able to complete the game but I had to figure out a workaround to get it to start and performance issues compromised the experience.
The first missions were ok, 60+ fps, but the final ones were too laggy, I had to restart the game a few times and then lowered settings from Very High to High.
Performance was poor in the last missions
On start the game window is always minimized and if I try to get it to front it will be all black and eventually crash. I need to right click on Origin's icon in tray and open it, only after that I'm able to alt tab to the game window. From time to time (~15 minutes) during gameplay the window is minimized out of blue, it's super annoying having to quickly get back to the game.
