Runs after deleting Launcher.exe and renaming BorderlandsGOTY.exe to Launcher.exe, then when starting a new game and getting to the bus scene, it froze up and had to be killed. Starting the game again, I changed it from Borderless Windowed to true Fullscreen then tried again, and it worked that time with no issues.
Major graphical issues with the default proton, but switching to GE seemed to fix that. Game freezes on exit.
It launches and runs for a minute or two then crashes regardless of whether you sit on the main menu and do nothing or go into the game and play.
Within a few minutes of starting the game, crashes with eventfd: Too many open files Protocol error: process 0028: sendmsg: Bad file descriptor.
Tested out sound, controller support, standard gameplay, all works perfectly.
The game runs without background music, sounds still seem to work. The fixes below involving using winetricks to install directmusic only made the game stop launching when I hit play on the launcher.
Worked perfectly out of the box. Tested Classic (ranked) match, spending ore on a barrel, and opening the barrel.
The game initially crashed after briefly showing the first loading screen text, but it was fixed after running "protontricks 214510 d3dx9_41"
The game worked great once I switched to GloriousEggroll, there was some pretty bad input lag using the default Proton.
OpenGL mode doesn't start at all. DirectX11 mode starts, lets you press the button to download additional game content, then freezes in the following cutscene and has to be killed.

Attempted numerous "fixes" including the custom proton fork that is made for rdr2, still wasn't able to get it working

Fixed audio crackling for the character voices in battle by using this launch option: PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=60 %command%
Any text that doesn't use their built in texture-based font (Options menu text, save menu text) doesn't render.
On start, there's a warning about GPU not supported, but the game starts and runs fine after clicking ok.
It has input lag of up to about a second when using a controller, and the "Spinning issue" others have reported also occurred after playing for about 5 minutes. To fix the spinning issue, I switched the game to run in windowed mode.
So when I first launched, the NPC voices weren't working. To fix that, I set the launch option to WINEDLLOVERRIDES=xaudio2_7=n,b %command%. The second issue I had was that after travelling, the audio would sometimes stop, requiring a restart to get it to work again. I attempted to fix this by installing faudio, though I haven't tested enough to verify that this fixed it. The game hangs when I exit, and I have to kill it some other way every time, and occasionally the Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini files vanish which prevents the game from starting. I keep backups to copy into place when needed.
Crash on startup: page fault on read access to 0x0000000f in 32-bit code (0x00677b19).
NVidia Hairworks doesn't seem to work, but once that is turned off in the game's settings, everything appears to work fine.
Works great now that I've updated the NVidia drivers. Nvidia Hairworks doesn't seem to work with older drivers.
