Game is unplayable
The game is unplayable on Proton5.13, I can't even get to the initial splash screen. Older Proton versions do not work. Modified Proton versions (GE) are unplayable but do load the game. Unlike prior reviews, I am using an AMD GPUI, which could add to the problem. Every menu, is a slide show.
If you are interested in this game, and do not have to play online, you wil enjoy the game.

Post match screen was slow to progress, but before and after this, the game is smooth.

Use Wine-Staging and have everything up to date
This game works out of the box with Proton 5.13.2
Prior to Proton 5.13.2 game would not recognize GPU, Resolution and had to modify config.ini to be playable. Currently all things are recognized out the box with latest Proton 5.13.2

The game crashes when initiating an online match. You can queue up the match, but crashes immediately after.
Game crashes if you try online play. Outside of this, everything else works just fine. All videos play and local play is flawless. Maybe reach out to DEV's for help with online play.
Update Origin, you must have the WineHQ staging, log out, then change back to Proton version and launch Origin and then play your game!

Online multiplayer works great, and everything else was flawless.
No issues with Multiplayer. The CapcomID is a bit of a hassle, but works if you use Chrome instead of Firefox

Windowed Mode is the default. You need to modify a config.ini to get Full Screen

The game need the Community Patch to be installed prior to playing the game, and thus disable GFWL and any chance of multiplayer online.
Setting Vsync or 60fps still produces tearing.
So far I have only been able to run this with Proton 4.2.9 ( Pronton 5.13.1 is the current build ) , not quite sure why that is, but it does work really well with it.
