Random stutters at 60fps, very frustrating at higher levels. Will definitely kill your runs at some point. I decided to refund.
Slow to launch considering how small the game is. Softlock when trying to access leaderboards.
All of these problems were reported on Windows too, based on Steam discussions, so this is not a Proton issue. But I'm marking it as negative as the stutter is a deal-breaker for this type of game, regardless of the cause.

The game sometimes takes a while to boot and will sit on a black screen for 30 seconds to a minute before loading the menu. After this the game runs fine though

Really fun, and a good title for Steam Deck!

Viewing Friends Leaderboards softlocks the game
Launching the game on an NTFS drive results in a lot of graphical and stability issues. Reinstalling the game on Btrfs fixed all the graphical problems and resulted in a smooth experience with one caviat, looking at friends leaderboard softlocks the game.

Game soft-locks when attempting to view Friends leaderboard (may be dependant on how many Steam friends you have). Leaderboards are also viewable in the Community Hub.
Worked out of the box on my Steam Deck, restoring my cloud save without apparent issue either.
Running LUMINES is a simple task---although based on Unity, Proton has zero issue completing that task.
Similar to some other reports here, I've also received the locally generated crash reports when exiting the game. They're pretty rare, though, and are easily dismissed by clicking that OK button.
Works out of the box on Steam Deck. Slight stutters when the level changes but that`s about it. Press B on the main screen to close the game
Slight stutters when levels are changing
Runs like you'd expect, no issues.
The game by default is not full screen, go to options to fix it.
Innacuracy would happen if V-sync enabled, buttons would get too sensitive. Again not sure if it's protons fault or game. Also, with DS3 Controller, it has to be on before opening the game, otherwise it would not be recognized.
Sometimes it would have a stutter, not sure if it's game fault or proton though.
Runs perfectly but with some missing backgrounds
The background of some skins will be completely white such as Square Dance; Water, Flower & Lights; prime factor.
Some other skins have missing background effects. It may be difficult to distinguish the pieces from the background because of this. Some of the tutorials also don't display at all.
The game crashes when exiting, but that's a non-issue really (unless you haven't saved the game).
Just doesn't start
Works great out of the box.
Works perfectly out of the box. Played with a wired PS4 pad and it worked great, including rumble.

Proton-5.4-GE-3 GloriousEggroll
Installs and runs perfectly
Crashes on exit, but that doesn't pose a problem for me. Controller vibration sometimes works, most of the time it doesn't.

Works fine during gameplay, Crashes on exit

Runs perfectly but hangs after exit (pkill -9 exe helps)

Some skins are just a white background. Gamepad works fine and its totally playable. Crashes when i close the game, must be forced to exit.

Doesn't recognize dualshock 4, crashes when exiting

gamepad works
