After applying the Mouse ini tweak (bBackgroundMouse) and audio fix, the game plays stable keeping a constant 60fps with Ultra preset. Audio still has issues but can be resolved by applying the launch option for Esync. Creation Club and Mods also work from the main menu however the connection can time out randomly while browsing.
Works without too many issues. Playable
Fullscreen would not switch from half vsync
After applying audio fix and the following commands: "PROTON_FORCE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 PROTON_USE_D9VK=1 %command%" the game runs flawlessly maintaining a constant 60fps

UE3Redist fails to install with message "File not found". The game works after cancelling the setup. Creating a server works without any issues and graphics settings also apply after restarting it.
Steam Cloud would corrupt the save. Old save had to be copied to resolve the issue
Played the main quest from start to finish without any noticeable issues
Game can crash when changing window with Alt-Tab
Tested with 4.11 and 4.20 GE-Custom and installed some mods from ingame menu. SKSE64 was not tested
Works fine with slight stutter. Resolution scale may change on Alt-Tab causing the image to appear blurry. Changing scale back to 100% in-game resolves the issue.
