Occasionally, at max zoom out, the world disappears for a split second, leaving only the skybox visible.
A lot better experience than a year ago (was totally borked back then). This time around, with just the launch options, I got heavy performance stuttering during autosaves and some audio crackle. With just GE, the game wouldn't get past loading a save game, hard crashing the system. Used both and no issues what so ever.

No effort
It just works man
There are issues with the area of effect by buildings being displayed. Neither negative impact, nor positive are being displayed. This issue seems to be happening with AMD and Intel GPUs using Mesa drivers. I tried it both with the Proton version Steam uses by default and with the latest GE version. Flawless OOTB
Running the game in HIGH is a bit slow (2070 RTX)
Pretty much playable out of the box with great performance
Missing colored overlay for embellishment and others
1.0 runs without any tinkering without problems.

UI is small and the upscaling of it cuts off the UI when you set it to a reasonable size. use the magnifying glass to help read instead.
game really only utilzes the mouse and doesnt have gamepad support. it works fine, but i wish i could use more buttons for quick access to things.
runs almost at 30fps in default settings. i did not care to try to get more fps as this game doesnt need it, but im sure you could.
perfectly playable as is, but tinkering with gamepad and making your own bindings might help a lot

From Steam Reviews this game honestly appears to work better on Linux than on some Windows devices.
Extremely rare and subtle / barely visible screen blinking when playing on highest settings. Barely noticeable in normal gameplay.
Tabbing out of the game while it is launching appears to sometimes cause fullscreen issues. Nothing too serious but still a bit annoying when it happens. (Fixed by changing settings or restart)

Tested this game with Proton-Experimental and GE9-23 and both let me start playing. Just my Alienware Area-51m overheats pretty fast due to its bad cooling system so i couldnt test further...
Recent patch fixed issues with 1.0 not launching

Everything worked as if it was native
It even recognized the save files from the demo version.

1.0 won't run
I haven't done much investigating, but v1.0 won't run at all for me in Nobara. Crashes to desktop and takes Steam down with it.

Version 1.10.2

Monitor-Flickering
Crashes on loading a save or slightly after

The rendering of overlays is broken, small usability issue but does not stop you from playing, just makes it less readable
It runs basically flawlessly barring the one visual bug.

3 fps
For the 1.0 update it is unplayable, the beta worked very well. I have tried multiple proton versions and GE versions, the main menu for the most part has the expected framerate but in game I am getting around 3-7 fps.

This is the version 1.0 post EA version from January 31, 2025.
I suspect a change was made that Proton doesn't currently address.

after the latest update, it works great again!
.
Works out of the box
Demo does not start

I have to add mfc140 dll or the game does not start

The Demo does not work
installed mfc140
The Early Access Version does still work, but the Demo of the full version (AppID 3256650) does not.
After installing mfc140.dll through protontricks (some people suggested that), I get the error:
"Shader: natives/ssgi [FRAGMENT]" verify that you have the latest graphic driver installed.

Game caise a hard freez of the entiree computer and is very unstable
It was working but not now. I think one of the deevs said it needs a dll I forgot which one. Its on the Steam forums.

Game did not launch at all. Tried various Proton versions including 8, 9, Experimental and Hotfix. It's worth noting that this is the demo and I didn't buy the full game but there's no chance I will be if the demo doesn't even launch.

Works out of the box. Disable V-Sync and FPS limit for smoother performance.
The game occasionally experiences periodic bursts of lag. This can be avoided by turning off V-Sync and disabling the FPS limit.

Plays very nicely
Some minor graphical glitches from time to time but nothing that really harms this superb game
Tout fonctionne parfaitement

Runs perfectly normal
Despite of my old graphics card the game looks beautiful and runs relatively smoothly (around 20 fps).
Everything works just fine

What is nice about this game unlike some others, just works out of the box(I haven't tried this game without any proton layer). I had no performance issues, no visual artifacting, nothing of the sort while playing this game.
