The game works fine except that every time I close the game it makes a loud and annoying beeping noise.

Seems to be fairly stable and works okay. Game completely freezes under X11 however, so I've used Wayland
__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia %command% __GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATION=1 __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE=1 gamemoderun %command%
Game freezes under X11. Works fine with Wayland

Works perfectly out of the box
No Proton related issues.

Click and play, works very well
It seems framerate is locked to 62FPS, but probably not because of Linux
It worked better on linux than it did on windows not even going to lie. I've done 3 playthroughs on linux so far.
game works perfectly with Proton
Finished game without issues

Locked fps at 30
Notes found in the game are somewhat small. I didn't have problem reading but its a bit uncomfortable. Subtitles and menus are fine

PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE=1 gamemoderun %command%
Uncapped framerate and disabled mouse acceleration using PCGamingWiki guide: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Vampyr
I had an annoying bug where the game would only launch some of the time. I finally fixed it by adding the PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 launch arg. Seems to be specific to my Nvidia GPU. Improved some small performance issues with the other launch args.

Game works well once it's running
Game has trouble launching intermittently. 2/5 launch attempts successfully launched the game.
As noted, game has some trouble launching. Haven't tried any tweaks yet. Runs great otherwise.

gamemoderun %command%
I had a difficult time getting this game to run.
I'm not quite sure what the issue was. I tried multiple different versions of proton, and it just refused to launch. It would say that it was running but never actually showed up. Single monitor, so I know that it wasn't hiding on another screen or anything.
I eventually tried Proton 5.13 (just randomly clicked an old one) and it launched. Then I swapped over to GE-Proton8-9 and it still worked.
Once it launched it worked great, was able to launch it several times and play for a while with no issues.

Playing without an older version of Proton (in my case 6.3-8) results in ~10-15 FPS range
my own
gamemoderun %command%
crash at startup on steamdeck
installed it through herpic and through steam, crashes at startup on steamdeck

Doesn't detect Dualshock
I tried to play it through Steam to play with my Dualshock 4. All good.
At the moment it has less performance than it would.

Needed to disable mouse acceleration in KDE, otherwise the mouse in game was to sensitive.
I played the Epic Games Store version with Heroic and Proton Experimental.
Text is readable, but very small on the Deck's screen.
Totally playable, i got only two crashes but not a big problem. Game is totally playable.
30 FPS limit let you play normally and save a lot of battery. This game also doesn't need super high graphics, so you can put everything to the low except for the rendering distance to the maximum
All notes inside the game are too much small
Changed to game to run at most 30fps. Does not make a difference to the gameplay but improved battery life greatly
Just use Steam+L1 in order to bring in the build in magnifying when trying to read small text
It just works!
I have experienced a few minor stutters, though they were quite rare and really just a minor inconvenience. I'm not quite sure whether this is actually an "issue" on Linux or some kind of issue in the optimization of the game itself. Still, perfectly playable and 99% of the time without any issues whatsoever.
Text in notes found throughout the game is rather small.
Works flawlessly
Runs flawlessly

Perfect performance with standard Proton. Native Ultrawide with 16:9 cutscenes
Recognised Xbox but not DualSense
I wish more games worked this easily & ran this well. Hugely recommended
Performance too poor and unstable to enjoy the game.
Unable to reach 60FPS, no matter the settings (unlike in Windows). Sometimes huge lagspikes down to 0-1FPS. Performance too poor for me to enjoy the game.
Works well, 60+ fps 1440p ultrawide
There were some minor cracks sometimes, I think it started after moving from PulseAudio to Pipewire.
No crashes. There were some stutters on the first launch, but after that everything was fine, so I guess it was just shader caching.
On ultrawide some cutscenes can be 16:9 (but they switch back to 21:9 shortly), there supposed to be a fix on Windows, but I did not bother because it was only in form of weird .exes or Cheat Engine tables, and some people were saying that it does not work even on Windows. Ultrawide experience is good enough already.

Proton-20-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Crashed once with the fatal error in my last 13h of playing

It works great, with crashes here and there - but I believe these are just game bugs, not Proton-only bugs.
About once every 2h, I get "Fatal error" and game just closes. Its not a big of a deal because game loads fast, and saves itself all the time during playing, so nothing is lost.
Just wanted to add a positive note - game works very well with focus switching and all (auto-pauses itself).

Other than the minor stuttering when loading new areas, the game ran flawlessly from start to finish.
Some minor stuttering when loading new areas. Disappears shortly after
Now works perfectly
Persistent infrequent stutter/slowdown.

For some reason, runs better than on my Win10, usually around 10fps more with the same presets
Proton-6.1-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
the lamp upon hideouts are a bit glitchy but after 5+ hours that is the only thing I noticed
One crash after a 1+ hour session, for no apparent reason, but it didn't have any impact on my experience other than that one crash
