Native version is limited to 1920x1200, no controller support and massive graphical issues. Use proton instead: supports all resolutions and Xbox controller, graphics are beautiful.

Played with Proton-Experimental [bleeding-edge] in High settings (only anti-aliasing in FXAA), 1080p fullscreen with 60 FPS stable.
Played the entire game in coop mode without any issues.

I have the GOG version, installed GOG as non-steam game using proton 9.0-4 - installed the game within GOG (Windows version of the game) - no issues at all.
only used launch option: gamemoderun %command%

gamemoderun %command%
a native version exists, but runs much better with Proton.
Works great on Linux like all the other titles in this series
We played local co-op with 1 keyboard/mouse and 2 controllers

Used docked mouse to enable (touchscreen should work but on projector), played with second controller.
Played through complete game happily, some menus not designed for controller alone, need touch or mouse.

Runs very poorly given my hardware
Game runs very poorly via native and can only go to around 1080p as the max resolution. No controller support either. If you want to play this use proton but mind that steam remote play does not work with proton on this title. If you want to play use proton and play online multiplayer with both players owning the game.
Lowered watts to 10, cap fps to 30
Had to push buttons on the initial setup screen using the touchscreen or the virtual mouse. (Only first time setup)
PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=90
Use the command to reduce the crackling sound: PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=90 %command%
40hz/40fps, medium settings FXAA
Requires touch to configure configuration panel on startup. But is accessible with controller support (a yellow box is shown for focus). Need to press play here.
After the intro videos a startup scene is shown with a button to start playing. This button is only accessible through touch. The rest of the menu is accessible through the controller controls.
have to use touch screen to get pass launcher
menus would not always recognize confirmation button
sometimes a blank screen when quitting
Native Linux game, runs perfectly OOTB.
This is a native Linux game, I could run it OOTB with zero issues.
The game first-time launch setup seems to hang on PhysX EULA, disabling all Steam Deck inputs (including the Steam button) except the power button and the touch screen. The touch screen can be used to proceed (alternatively, the game can also be launched from Desktop mode to use trackpads instead).
The native resolution of the Steam Deck is supported in the launcher (not detected by default though). The game runs consistently at 60fps with "very high" graphics presets.
The Game runs perfectly without any configuration using the latest Ofitial Proton release as the time of this post 5.13-2
Work great with proton Except with PS4 controller that need some tweaks
I use PS4 controller and by default game choose Wireless Controller instead of Xbox 360 and we the first one button mapping are wrong
When miss clicking on summoning character multiple time the game crash.

Game works native on Linux only with graphic glitches. On Proton it works out of the box. I installed manually D9VK and it worked great in 4k with this DX9 to Vulkan translation even with the new ACO compiler.

Game works native on Linux only with graphic glitches. On Proton it works out of the box, but only in full hd, it crashes immediately in higher resolutions with WineD3D. I installed manually D9VK and it worked much better even in 4k with this DX9 to Vulkan translation, only text was not visible sometimes.
