Still a great game as usual! Even if it crashes, autosave is great and you won't lose any progress.
Screen Saver goes on, despite fullscreen
XBox Controller's input does not count toward disabling the Screen Saver, it seems
Also, extremely buggy with Steam Overlay on, (sometimes freezes) I recommend disabling it.
Frequently, it's a hassle to start the game - I recommend pinning it to the Favorites toolbar. Sometimes after start, does not recognize the game pad's A button. Sometimes after start, does not react to any key inputs.
You should still get it, it's a great game
Run at a solid 60 FPS, just put the game at the max settings, then reduce both shadow and shaders effect to medium, that's all.

Все в порядке
Небольшие просадки, по сравнению с аналогичными настройками на винде. Ничего криминального, но производительность хуже
За исключением просадок, решить которые я не смог, да и не особо они напрягали, все в порядке, игра мной пройдена до конца.

steamdeck=1 %command%
Changing the launch option to steamdeck=1 %command% bypasses the always online DRM crap. I tested it in offline with turn wifi off and airplane mode as well.

The game runs perfectly! Just had to use GE-Proton9-7 to make the intro videos working.

Changed some graphical settings
Had to lower some graphical options to get stable 60 fps
I'm very pleased with the game so far, had to tune down some settings, but it still looks great, HDR works and the game plays at stable 60 fps 100% of the time. The game itself is fantastic and every fan of Tony Hawk franchise should definitely play it.

Can't quite reach a stable 90fps, so I capped it to 60 for consistency. As a game it is the perfect fit for the Deck.

At launch the game could only be played online, but after an update so long as you accept the Ts&Cs first the game now works perfectly offline.
HDR is currently not working on OLED deck

Plays At 60fps And Works Great With No Issues

Works flawlessly out of the box
I also connected to multiplayer a few days ago, and it worked really well.

Runs good! Battery life is short on this game with the Deck. Supports 1280*800 out of the box. Some text is small but not too small.
Let the game set the Quality Preset. It will set it to Medium, which looks good. Battery life is poor on this game though. Runs great 90% at 60fps with a drop to 54fps on occasion.

I haven't tried playing multiplayer or launching while offline like some others have had issues with so can not comment. As a single player experience from home on wi-fi, it works perfectly

Works out of the box for most things except controller
Controller wasn't detected, but turning on "enable Steam input" fixed it
Needed to "enable steam input" within steam for it to detect my controller (Duelsense). Works perfectly otherwise.

Multiplayer has been fixed via Proton Experimental.

Single player works fine out of the box from me. Haven't tried multiplayer.

It runs ok. Something is up with steam on some aspect of my machine; it's been years since I had to steam --reset to get a game to work.
I had to steam --reset to get it to work
Not entirely sure why it would not run without doing a steam --reset, but there it is; so backup your saves!
Tinker report? Spent 3 days running through every possible reason why it wouldn't run. Maybe others will have a more pleasurable experience out of the box, but I can only report my own.

Multiplayer works now with Proton hotfix, that Valve rolls automatically out
Online does not currently work, there is an issue opened up in reference to this issue on official Proton https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/7149

Ran fine out of the box but had a couple of issues with the controller and online services.
gamemoderun %command%
Steam controller over bluetooth would shut off.
'Unable to login' message will pop up occasionally.

Online multiplayer doesn't work, but everything else works great.

The game will not progress past the title screen if you are offline. If you can remain connected it does play smoothly but as a portable experience it was unusable.

Online services not working is a problem, even though countless people that played THPS in the 90's will say otherwise.
Online services do not work
I really don't get how the game is rated as platinum when an huge part of the game is missing, because online services, for whatever reason, don't work. I really really hope this improves in future.

Multiplayer is borked, you'll get a login error every 10 Minutes even in Single player. You can't play the multiplayer mode at all, it always tells you login failed.
Tried GE 8-16 too, same results

PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 DXVK_ASYNC=1 %command%
Also worked with no tinkering, had to kill DirectX installer from task manager as it was not playing at first

Initial boot put the game in a strange "double windowed fullscreen" mode, where the game's window seemed to exist inside another window, indicated by the game content being shifted down to accomodate a black bar at the top (also there were 2 Steam FPS counters in the top corner). I ended up fixing this by switching the game to windowed mode then back to fullscreen.
I capped the framerate to 120 and it was rock solid. It didn't tax my GPU much either. Seems very well-optimized.

Online only DRM. Mutliplayer broken.

Multiplayer does not connect and keeps popping up that will not be able to connect
Fun like the old ones, except multiplayer is missing. Got steady 144fps with dips to 120 and 110fps here and there. Pretty solid performance I must say.

Was not able to play online

Works perfect out of the box
No problems

Doesn't run; tried experimental and GE
The game does not run. Might be platinum on steam deck or whatever, but doesn't run on PC.
Runs out of the box. Although the first launch took quite some time. Since then no problem.

60 FPS, runs and looks great!

Unable to connect to multiplayer servers

Runs fine with forced Proton Experimental. Turned down graphics settings a little for a stable 60fps.
Runs fine. Online services doesn't play nice with Linux, it seems. Online multiplayer is a no go.
