For non-agony runs I set the DP to 10, you might be able to go as low as 8 haven't tested yet.
Doing any agony run around the 3-4 minutes remaining it send a huge waves of enemies and the frames dropped to 30-36fps then bounced back up after that event

Install this patch for the game this is a updated version of the 2008 game
This uncensors the core for detetives scenes instead of the body being a black blob, It re-adds the H scenes, and brings back many bad endings and For some reason this version doesnt have the true ending like the original and this patch brings it back.

Changing the launch option to steamdeck=1 %command% bypasses the always online DRM crap. I tested it in offline with turn wifi off and airplane mode as well.
