Everything worked out fine, even installed some mods, 60fps locked almost everywhere
Mostly fine, some issues here and there but nothing major
Got 1 random crash when loading the lobby, but managed to reconnect to the game
The game has a native version that in theory is up to date with windows version, but could't connect to my friends lobbys this way, had to force the use of proton and then managed to connect to the lobby
Overall works fine
Sometimes Travis' glasses don't show up on mirrors, but it's a very minor complaint
As others have pointed out, this is pretty much good to go out of the box. I did install some mods using r2modman (https://thunderstore.io/package/ebkr/r2modman/) , and everything worked out fine
Using [unknown patch] (https://github.com/unknownproject/Silent_Hill_Homecoming)
Some audio issues but nothing major
Play around with trackpad/joystick sensitivity, by default is too sensitive
The PC port itself is very bad, so it's playable in linux as much as it is on windows, but not great, had to switch to my PC for some boss fights as I never felt comfortable with a controller, playing with a proper mouse helped for some of the fights.
Changed TDP to 3 Watts, no issues
Great game, really easy to run
Performance is a little worse than windows but more stable (i.e. lower average framerate but it never goes as low as on windows), windows also had some audio glitches not present on linux
Subpar performance, changing graphic options don't seem to help that much, it's playable but prepare for heavy slowdowns on certain areas
some scenes it got as bad as 8fps for a consistent amount of time, it seems some fire/particle effects cause this
