Change proton to hotfix and all the slowdown is gone! Also recommended to change steamos to preview for maximum performance! Turn off reflections ingame.
You can change the resolution through properties outside the game and then use the ingame resolution of 1440x900 for much sharper graphics. Amazing game to play on the steamdeck!!!

With proton 9 cutscenes work as intended and you can even increase the graphics to the high preset and i would recommend to turn the shadows back to medium. 4h into it and having a blast on the deck.

Took some tinkering with settings. It's playable but when the 3D CGs starts playing especially when 3 Models are on the screen at the same time the framerate drops extremely. Still very playable.

Works out of the box. May need a configuration at start (fullscreen 800p) then exit the game and restart it.
At first it takes a while to properly shader compile everything. Been playing for 7h so far and not a single issue. 60fps are for the most part stable on lcd with cryo 2.0
