Runs better than it did on Windows! It's truly amazing just how well it runs.
The game looks, sounds, runs and plays exactly as to be expected, if not exceeding those expectations, and is simply a treat to play on Linux.
Plays flawlessly! Online works, too.
Works as to be expected! Runs perfectly well with no issues whatsoever.
Plug and play doesn't even do it justice - you would think that it was ported to Linux, for how well it runs! Truly stellar!
p.s. i have a crush on most of the characters ngl
Playable from launch day!
In the very last minutes of me playing the game, I went to edit my Shoutouts, and the game crashed in the process of me doing so - thankfully, I'd saved just prior.
I installed the game the moment it release, launched it and had an absolute blast for six hours and counting. An absolute joy, with issues so minute that they're practically entirely forgettable - and for all I know, could be present on Windows, too. Runs great all around! Well done to Capcom for getting a port out the door that performs well at launch, for once!
If you wanna play Minecraft Dungeons alone/local co-op, works like native. The online play, however, is borked. Make of that what you will.

Online play does not function; either states that the Minecraft Dungeons service is currently not working, or simply hangs after approximately 45 seconds of loading.
Runs better than on Windows, with great online!
Game is quite greedy under fullscreen, and would frequently error out of sessions if I attempted to switch to another window whilst in-game and in fullscreen. This is easily fixed by just playing in Borderless, however.
Absolutely silky framerates, mods now work after the Fatalis update - no reason not to run it on Linux, frankly! The game's performance may be helped by running with gamemode - but, then, what game isn't helped by that? It just runs really well, I can't say much else.
Constant crashes make this absolutely unbearable to attempt to slog through.
Would crash every 5-20 minutes. Exactly how long between crashes was a gamble.
I am already not the biggest fan of the game, so I perhaps may have not put in any special efforts to attempt to get it to run; this aside, the out-of-the-box experience is dismal at best.
Runs like an absolute charm, including with BetterSADX!
Every so often, there would be a loud (potentially startling) pop-crackle noise.
Vanilla game runs perfectly out of the box, and BetterSADX, whilst a bit of a faff on to install, runs just as well! Buttery smooth action with minimal (if any!) hiccups.
Just play the native version; it both runs better and allows you to play Casual.
VAC prevents connection to official servers.
Runs just like native, if not, better! Can't wait to replay this game on Linux.
When Alt+Tabbing in Fullscreen mode, the game will hang. The workaround I found for this was to use Borderless instead.
p.s. a majority of the men in this game are very sexy :)

DualShock 4 prompts corrupted, seemingly at random; QTEs are corrupted, yet menu/tutorials are not, for example.
Worked perfectly (except for the controller prompts) after having installed Media Foundation (as detailed by reports below). Absolutely viable to play the game from start to finish on Linux!
