Game likes to randomly crash every 30 min~ ish when playing online multiplayer. When a crash occurs, all users in session, regardless of the platform, crashes simutaniously. Game also crashes when online multiplayer host disconnects.

Other than the multiplayer crashing problem being pretty annoying, everything works great.

After some time, the game froze entirely and I had to force quit it.

First day it worked great with no real issues, second day it has become unplyable due to the sheer amount of freezing.
(none)
First day I played, slow load times. Now (one day after) it freezes for around 30 seconds any time a new actor is loaded, deloaded, or a new animation is loaded.

Touchscreen and on-screen keyboard was needed to login to Microsoft.
As previously mentioned, the on-screen keyboard was needed to login to Microsoft.
Only issue is needing to login to Microsoft with the on-screen keyboard, touch screen perhaps, etc. Once that is done, the game is playable from then on.

Proton Experimental (as of Sep 2024) will cause the game to crash repeatedly. Switching to Proton 6.3-8 solved the problem.

Game works flawlessly out of the box
Multiplayer works as expected

On one occation the game started lagging a couple times each minute, but this was easily fixed with a restart.
To log in at the first launch of the game, simply use the digital keyboard of the steam deck. This is never needed again later and you can continue playing like usual from there on out.

Works perfectly (even had less issues compared to my friends on Windows)!

Runs perfectly out of the box, controls work, runs smothely. Really nothing much to complain about other than the occasional alt-tab crash.
At rare occasions, the game will crash when alt-tabbing out of the game

Good experience, hope to get the freeze bug fixed. Loosing 30 minutes of gameplay feels demotivating.
Bluetooth controller will not work without game restart in case they turn off. XBox 360 Controller work properly.
Game freezes mid game, restart required. 4 freezes in ~15 hours gameplay.
Controller are not able to reconnect properly
Works out of the box without tinkering.

Works out of the box!
No issues with the online experience.

With newer versions of Proton, the game either fails to launch, or launches and then crashes when trying to start an online/offline game

Install Minecraft Launcher for Windows with Lutris.

Works Great
It runs just as good as windows.

Changed right track to be mouse and added l5 to be attacking
Save from PC didn't appear

Changed to mouse only control layout to login to microsoft, changed back to official layout after.

After about 5 hours of play with both solo offline + online multipalyer, I'm not sure why this is marked as unsupported; the rating put me off buying it for a while. The Steam Deck config pre-selects Proton 6.3 to run it, and I didn't override that.
Requires manually opening the keyboard for the initial sign-in, and R5 is needed instead of right stick click to upload hero, but everything has been accessible with the default config. I added a friend to play with on the Xbox Live account website instead of in-game, but I assume that would work with the on-screen keyboard too.
No stability issues at all - I didn't have any crashes, network desyncs, etc.
Game defaults to 768p, but other than changing it to 800p I left everything else at the defaults - which look to be pretty low settings + 30fps, I'm sure it would still run well with some increased.

On versions after 6.3-8 the game would crash constantly, but after downgrading it ran fine. The first couple times I ran it on 6.3-8 there was some audio stuttering, but after switching to a different version and back to it it went away

Used a PowerA Wireless Switch Pro Controller and Xbox 360 Controller with the Wireless Adapter. Worked perfectly out of the box, no need to tweak anything at all.
I saw people having issues with videos and cutscenes, however everything ran fine out of the box. No crashes, errors or slowdowns either; it was perfectly playable.

Multiplayer worked perfectly

-QueryPort=$(getrandomport) -port=$(getrandomport)
Locks up when any single or multiseat clients exit. Has to Close via steam page.
Have to set -QueryPort=$(getrandomport) -port=$(getrandomport) to allow multiseat clients on a single host computer.
Works perfectly fine
Switch to Proton version 6.3-8 or any GE Proton version 7-29 or lower for the best experience. Was able to complete the tower without any crashes. Using Proton versions higher than these cause frequent crashing.
It works wonderfully using Proton Experimental. We have enjoyed single and local multiplayer.

Swapped attack and use buttons
Some trading stats
Initial login doesn't work out of the box
- Videos don't work
- some visual artifacts
but no crashes so far
First login does not work out of the box (Desktop mode + external keyboard needed)
Game keeps crashing at the same spot.
First login doesn't work out of the box
Proton 6.3-8 works perfectly. Any other Proton version doesn't work correctly (performance issues, crashes etc.)
Multiplayer works as intended. Just invite your friends and begin playing!
Disabled Back Grip Buttons
Had to retry using on screen keyboard a couple times to get Microsoft login to work properly.
Occasional loading delays that are not seen on PC. Occasional in-game hiccups.
Most likely to crash when loading. Occasionally crashes mid-game. Occasionally crashes when returning to camp (lobby) after completing a level.
Occasionally it is unable to host a multiplayer game with friends. Restarting game will usually resolve the issue.
Occasionally will fail to connect to service. Game restart usually resolves the issue. Occasionally drops other players out of the hosted game.
It's definitely playable but starts very slowly and can crash unexpectedly. Runs well most of the time once fully loaded and game is started.

after a various time of play the game crash and gone out to the steam
it is well playable and would be a really good game in strasm deck if it won't crash after a various time of play
The game would let you play for some time and them it would crash. That makes the game unplayable, I have tried GE proton and the experimental proton version.
The multiplayer works fine, you need to add your friends through the xbox profile site.

Very close, but crashes with both GE-Proton7-43 and Proton 7.0-5
Crashed before completing levels frequently in multiplayer gaming
Game breaking crashes almost always before the level could be completed
Sample crash dump messages in /tmp/dumps: Assert( Assertion Failed: Stat "KILL_50_MOBS" not found in progress block for achievement "KILL_50_MOBS" ):/data/src/clientdll/userstats.cpp:5778 Assert( Assertion Failed: reaping pid: 3125 -- gameoverlayui ):/data/src/steamexe/main.cpp:254 Game crashes on both nvidia and amd gpus and on different distributions (arch (Manjaro) and ubuntu). It is close to platinum if the crashes didn't happen.
With the launch command mentioned, it will work as long as you are prepared to restart the game between each level.
gamemode WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winegstreamer=d" %command%
Without the launch command, me and my friend could not play a full level before it crashed. By using it, we are always able to play a full level, but it might crash during the next one. We solved it by restaring the game after each level.
Im not sure if gamemode in the launch command affects this. It might work without it. You can read more about gamemode here: "https://github.com/FeralInteractive/gamemode".
The launch command was found here: "https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/5246#issuecomment-1272533833".
Crashes if my friend closes connection or if he would start a level before I have connected.
The hourly crashing makes it a bad experience.
After about 45 minutes of gameplay, ff my power level changes (so changing gear or leveling up), the game would crash with an ntdll.dll error (though the crash reporter wouldn't show up, I had to manually check the files).
I have a pending 520 NVIDIA driver update and I just did a game update, so I will create a new entry if this fixes anything.
