It runs great out of the box, but installing Arx Libertatis doesn't hurt and improves a lot of aspects.
Installed "Arx Libertatis" source port
Runs great without any fixes, though I recommend Arx Libertatis if you don't mind the extra install.
It's verified so you kind of know what to expect, but I'll just say the game runs buttery smooth and has an approx. battery life of 7 hours!
Attacking results in minor artifacts and some visual effects also seem to trigger these
If you can live with the artifacts it is perfectly playable.
Enabled mouse control for the right trackpad
The default controls are a bit awkward in my opinion. Walking by mouse click was enabled by default which doesn't feel intuitive on the Deck.
Just changed around some graphics settings, but it really wasn't necessary
Runs amazingly well on the Deck by default. I really can't see why it is classified as unplayable.
Installed the definitive edition project
Crashes aren't too frequent, but often enough to be a huge annoyance in a open world game with lots of collectibles and no auto saves.
Does not launch for me whatsoever. Tried every avaliable proton version to no avail. Shame.
Tried every possible proton version
Does not launch/crashes on startup.
Changed the resolution to native
Works flawlessly straight away
Tfix is mandatory to make this playable. I use Tfix Lite
Install Tfix and it will be perfectly playable.
