New Filter: Whitelisted

November 14, 2018

The Proton team yesterday blessed 39 more games to their official whitelist including some runaway hits like Dark Souls III and Nidhogg. Okay, okay, Nidhogg should be a runaway hit and it's nice to see that one included since it was initially borked by an unfinished native version.

This site's presentation of whitelisted games has been a bit lackluster. Initially it was a grid of images on the homepage, but as the whitelist grew that became impractically large. In appreciation of the ongoing effort to whitelist, I've added a white star indicator to rating summaries and a Whitelisted filter to the explore page.

It's easy now to keep up with the whitelist as it grows. You can use the following permalinks:

Note that this Explore filter has a known issue that I'll address later: some sorts will not show the complete whitelist, missing whitelisted games that are less popular.
