When playing docked to a monitor, game cannot recognize gamepad after losing connection (controller going into sleep mode, undocking, Deck itself going into sleep mode).
If you're playing docked to another monitor, just remember to save often, don't let your controller go to sleep, and don't undock or put the Deck into sleep mode. Works perfectly OOB otherwise. Issue does not repeat when playing in handheld mode.
Works perfect
Beat MM1 through MM3 with zero issues, runs perfect out of the box. Steam Input required for Dualsense.

I needed to put PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% in the launch options, but after that it worked perfectly.
Kill DXSETUP.exe
The game hangs on first run waiting for DXSETUP.exe to finish but it never does. Simply kill that process using something like System Monitor and then the game will launch and work from that point on.
Runs just fine out of the box
I could not notice any difference from running it on Windows or Linux. No slowdown or glitches. Was able already to finish several of the games with no issues.
Very easy to install and play using a **Flatpak** installation of Steam.
Was unable to run the game using the version of Steam provided by my distribution's package manager.
Game is running properly.

Works flawlessly
Played through and completed all games, as well as a few challenges without any issues using the default Proton selected by Valve testing (3.16-9). All games were played with a DUALSHOCK 4.

tried all kinds of launch options, tried moving the wine folder to my EXT4 system drive and making a symlink, nothing worked. Couldn't run game.

Tested with all Proton versions visible in Steam settings.
Got the game to run after writing PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% into "Set launch options...". Don't have time to test further currently.
