Works identically to Windows
Works just fine
Had to roll back my nvidia-driver to 535 from 550. This solved my issue where the game was crashing on launch.

Change to 7w
Need to enable controller in settings before playing
Plays great OOTB, lasts 5-6hrs on a full charge (LCD)

This game will not and cannot run on Ubuntu becase it required 32bit driver libraries that are not suported by the OS. I recently did a fresh install of PopOS and the game now works flawlessly out of the box. sadly, the tinkering required is "Change Distro"

Works perfect out of the box
Great experience. No issues in any form and no tinkering required for me.

Game required 32bit graphics driver libraries that are no longer suppored by Ubuntu/Pop on 64bit systems for Nvidia.

the lame fails to launch. messing with compatability options and moving to an older version of proton gives a pop-up error window saying that a line of code in the provided wine DLL is refrencing a nonexistant library and has failed. the issue is that the library listed is a part of the 32 bit library suite for the Nvidia proprietary driver package, and I can't install it without also installing the 32 bit driver and mucking everything up. attempting to do so anyway fails since apt withholds the packages as they're no longer suppored and conflict witht he 64 bit driver package. There might be a way to fix this, but right now it's not worth my time to rip appart my distros graphics package for one game. AMD gpu or 32 bit users unaffected.

Works great out of the box!

It errors when runnning on anything newer than proton 7

The game is poorly optimized and occasionally crashes for a variety of reasons for all players. I hesitate to lay any blame at the feet of proton or the OS
Again, game coding. Uses server relay so latency, but playable. Sync issues where shops for the host dont proc for player 2.
Im not sure why this was a tinkering report, it plays as good as their coding allows. 10/10

Played with a friend in a private group. Worked fine.

synthetik multiplayer is just kind of jank by itself but as far as I can tell proton isn't adding any extra jank
This game used to have a memory leak and would end up crashing after about a run and a half but it seems like proton updates and the devs continuing to support it have gotten it to a point of working pretty much perfectly. I still use PROTON_NO_ESYNC which used to be the fix for more frequent crashes but I'm not sure if it's still needed.
Works Perfectly

Setting game to window mode renders game outside Deck screen. It's gonna be very difficult (but not impossible) to change it back to Fullscreen! Hint. If you happen to change it like I did and quit the game, the options in main menu is the first icon on bottom left, you will see a faint glow on edge of screen once you hower mouse over it
Game works perfectly, no adjustments needed.
Rebind keys, disabled gyro, decreased trackpad sensitivity.
Worked flawlessly

Works just as well as on Windows, if not better (smoother)
The game's graphics are bugged

Graphics and words appear as black squares, i was able to run it with lutris and it worked well so i don't seem to understand why proton doesnt work
Great game, works out of the box on Deck. can run on low tdp and settings and play for a long while
Can run at low settings and at 5 watts at 60 fps. can probably go even lower
Some text is a little small but not unreadable
Works like a charm people

Enjoyable game that works well, though does crash in multiplayer
Occasional crashes during multiplayer. No crashes experienced during single player gameplay.
Works as if it was native
It likes to jump around between monitors after a game, and sometimes changes resolution/aspect ratio
Occasionally stutters, but nothing too bad
Found no issues
Performance was on par with windows. No setting changes from default were necessary. Stability was comparable to windows.
Just like native no problems whatsoever
No problems that I can see. Excellent all around.
[NixOS] Worked perfectly, and might even be more stable than on Windows, but only after tweaking some settings. Default did not work at all.

Using any other configuration would get me results ranging from out of memory errors to unspecified dxvk errors. It wouldn't ever get farther than the launcher without Proton 5.0-10 and PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1. Esync is off because it (supposedly) improves stability, but I haven't experimented. I play solo, so I can't confirm if multiplayer works with this setup.
No noticeable performance loss compared to Windows.
Gameplay was perfectly smooth, played a couple levels without a hitch, the only slight complaint is there was a bit of jittery-ness during the main menu loading - it lasted about 10 seconds, then suddenly 'snapped' back to perfect performance for the rest of the session, overall, the gameplay was perfectly playable, hitting 300+ FPS if left uncapped!
Slowdown on main menu but smooth once in game

Do check if your compositor is disabled if you're seeing performance issues.
Works pretty much perfectly.
Disconnects every now and then if hosting but might be just my internet.
