Runs perfectly with Proton

Changed touch pad sensitivity (a lot), added zooming/scrolling controls
It's great that you have a touch pad for the menus and building and joysticks for main gameplay here, so you can set their sensitivity separately, which helps make the gameplay a lot better.
I started making better controls (binding zooming to bumpers) and thought using gyro would be really cool. And while gyro did appear to be nice, the game just didn't manage to hold my attention for long enough to get it tweaked properly.
Works out of the box with proton 6.3.7
Works just like native and no issues with alt tabbing or stability
Works out of the box with default proton
I'm actually surprised it runs so well considering it is almost 10 years old.
The Mouse Sensitivity is really low but accelerates really fast so you can move your mouse like 2cm but if you do it slow it moves half a pixel, if you do it fast it moves across the entire screen. I don't know if this is a problem with proton or just with the game but it definitely is really annoying because when you move your mouse you never know where you are gonna end up and just getting somewhere quickly and precisely is impossible.
Works perfectly out of the box
I had absolutely no issues. Maybe some low FPS but I'm unsure if that's due to my hardware or Proton. I guess the former. Had a crash once but after that it worked perfectly fine.
BTW, if you want to lower graphics clicking the options only makes the settings go higher, but they don't loop back, you'll need to use the left arrow key to get lower settings... it's kind of janky but anyway...
Installs and runs without any problem.
Installs directX and other libraries but crashes when loading.

Regressed
Unable to perform first time setup with 5.0. You can switch to 4.11 to set it up and then switch back to 5.0

Tested both 4.11-5 and 4.2-9. Input switching on the fly does not work, whichever input you use at the "Click to start" screen is what will let you move the boulder (i.e. if you click to start, you're using mouse+keyboard, and if you hit the start button on the controller, you're using the controller). Certain sound effects do not play. Click to toggle in the settings does not work properly and will only activate (use the keyboard to deactivate). With D9VK some objects render improperly.

Works perfectly now

Recent update took this game from Borked to Platinum!
