This is not a game of course but a simulator. Still if you love space then it is a must have!
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
I used Proton Experimental and once in game I disabled VSync and it worked perfectly with no crashes at all

The game ran so much worse for me when I played it in windowed mode.
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
The game stutters a little. I fixed this by disabling Esync in the launch options with: PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1%command%
I am also running the game with gamemode which also gives it a little more power. I tried the game without it and it doesn't really lose much by doing so. You can easily play this game without it.
