Very playable, only problem is with fullscreen
It'd be best not to enable the fullscreen on startup option
It's still playable, however I wouldn't really recommend it
Screentearing (not because of the monitor refresh rate)
Much more lag, framerate drops and couldn't even run it on low settings with 2560x1440 resolution, 1920x1080 worked somewhat fine. On Windows I can run the game in 2560x1440 on Medium Settings
When exiting the graphics settings too fast it would crash
I had to launch it with Proton 5.13-6 since on Proton 6.3-4 the launcher didn't work properly and was just a black window
Broken since 1.5 Patch
Couldn't get to start the game at all (only the launcher), whether I tried GloriousEggroll or Experimental + Beta or older Proton versions/recent Proton versions
AMD_VULKAN_ICD=RADV %command% --launcher-skip
Audio would cut out for a 1/4 of a second every minute or so
Some textures were not loading properly here and there, but nothing major
Honestly, I was absolutely impressed by how great the game ran in comparison to running it on Windows, I cranked everything to the max but it still held up really really well at 45-60FPS average on 1440p. Side note: Forgot I left old mods in game folder when I made my prior report
Since the videos are kind of very important story-wise etc. I'd say it's not really playable
All Videos were missing
Borderless Windowed not scaling properly
Everything else seems to have worked fine but missing videos is a major problem
Wrote "PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command%" in launch options and applied the no-cd patch from the link below.
Applied the no-cd patch from this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwcBWvGjEWI
Save file from Windows through Steam Cloud didn't load up, so I had to start a new game, new save file didn't have any issues.
DRM protection
Worked without any problems on Proton 6.3-4
Couldn't load the save game I previously had on Windows (like on other LEGO games), wasn't far there though so no problem
Works out of the box with Proton 6.3-4
Framerate dropped often in 120Hz and 165Hz mode, but worked fine in 60Hz mode
Works perfectly on Proton 5.13-6 with Fullscreen, didn't work with Fullscreen on the Proton Ver. before the mentioned and the latest Proton.
Fullscreen crashed the game on Proton 6.3-5 and crashed the PC on Proton 5.0-10.
Doesn't work at all.
Can't run it with any Proton Ver. (Proton GE 6.12 neither). Always crashes at startup. Cannot install Lutris script, fails to make file executable. Installing Lutris workaround manually also fails. Installing Media Foundation as workaround didn't work.
Works almost perfect out of the box with Proton 6.3-4, only problem I have found is that fullscreen needs to readjust itself after a battle
Game readjusts the window size after leaving a battle
Works pretty good with Proton 6.3-4, framerate can drop a bit at parts, but it's not too bad
The opening movie does not play when launching the game, but it's skippable
Works perfectly with Proton 6.3-4
Couldn't leave with Alt-Tab but not really a huge problem
