Use protontricks to install the liberation font
Sometimes the multiplay become unsynced for feel seconds
To play multiplayer (not Steam remote), You need to accept friend at EA launcher. The EA launcher works better on GE-Proton8, so change to GE-Proton8 accept your friend and go back to GE-Proton7 to be able play the game. Or you could try to run EA launcher by other ways (like WINE mono)

Sometimes if you retray a quest after complet it the game stays in infinite loading, but if you restart the quest at middle the loading works fine.
It works very well without any extra config! just Proton8.0-3
I had used Sunshine to play like "cloud game". I just had to start Sunshine server, forward some ports on my router from WAN to LAN, and share my IP. So my friend was able to conect to my machine and we played this game like he is my local
Tried to use KDE Plasma with nvidia-550.40, GE-Proton 9 setup, it had worked, but not so well. So I installed GNOME 46 also with nvidia-550.40 driver and GE-Proton 9, and the graphic become amazing
No extra setup or command startup was needed.
I can't found fullscreen option, the game run in window
The game has no support for gamepad, and for some reason, my gamepad worked without Steam Input mapping. I felt a short delay while control de car direction!
The game start with no sound when I use the default Steam's Proton (maybe it use Xact for sounds). So I needed to change from experimental version to GE-Proton7-54
When the game startup, it stays with low FPS for some time until comes to menu. But in the party everything works well
No need extra setup
Around the cat have some artifacts while move, but you will forget while playing the game
