Played at 1080p and got 45 - 50 fps. It's probably possible to get 60fps if you lower the display and graphics settings.
Hade to deleted and re-download the game to change the resolution from 1280 to 1920. It did not register the changes when trying to switch resolutions in game.
The game goes between 40-35 fps outside and 60fps indoors.
You need to open the keyboard manually when naming your animal friends. If you accidentally click out of the naming screen when trying to open your keyboard, your animal friend will remain nameless, so be careful.
Everything else works like it should.
The game won't register you trying to change the main characters clothes.

Game struggles with opening the keyboard on steam deck.
Game works great for the most part. It sometimes struggle when trying to open the keyboard on steam deck. Instead of opening the keyboard it sends you back to your steam library, kicking you out of the game.
Recommend playing the game at 1280x800p, 100 resolution scale on medium settings to get a constant 40fps.
Sometimes the visuals for the tutorials would bug, you can still figure out what to do thanks to the text and voice explaining what buttons to push.
Everything else works great. Was able to play at a consistent 60fps.
