Occasional minor flicker/tearing
Got the same report as others about missing shaders - it appears that the shaders in question are just a yellowish tint though. Game runs fine without them in clean monochrome
Controller is recommended and seems not to work
(Steam) controller detected fine on menus including the pause one, but completely unresponsive for ingame movement even when bound to keyboard controls (WASD). Title screen recommends turning Steam Input off but this appears to make no difference. Actual keyboard works but I haven't played any further at this time
Unable to start any missions after finishing Tutorial. On choosing Story Mode, all available levels are greyed out and the game softlocks.
Seems to work with Proton 7.0-4 but with occasional freezes/crashes
Tendency to freeze/crash during loading screens
Needs tweaking for fullscreen dual monitor support; also refuses to recognise disc space for saving option changes. Game itself runs though
Steam Tinker Launcher, Gamescope
Fullscreen Dual Monitor support had to be forced through external terminal command of xdotool: "xdotool getactivewindow windowsize 100% 100%". Also needed to the hide the GNOME titlebar with "xprop -format _MOTIF_WM_HINTS 32c -set _MOTIF_WM_HINTS 2". Added both of these as keychord shortcuts
Ongoing problem with game reporting "Insufficient space on disk" any time an option is changed through the menu, which puts the game into an inescapable pop-up error window loop.
However, on forcing the game to quit and reloading, any settings changed last time have actually been applied and retained.
Still searching for a fix for this, "PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 %command%" as recommended on similar game reports isn't working.
PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 %command% unset LC_ALL && %command%
Update to my previous report - adding the launch option "unset LC_ALL && %command%" fixed all the problems with saving.
Outdoor radio didn't work until Proton 5.13-6 released.
6.20-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Unexpectedly awkward to get running but proton-6.20-GE-1 works fine with all cinematics
Bound a button to 'ENTER'
Hiding in long grass is a fundamental game mechanic so this current visual bug with it makes it quite unpleasant to play
Grass and foliage textures are broken since Patch 1.11 on Proton - no known fix at the moment. Game ran perfectly until that patch was applied
Analog stick does not work for movement and the game somehow overrides any changes you might make in Steam Input to try to fix this. However, people are reporting the same issue on Windows
Runs as on Windows, but with the same problems as on Windows ie. currently has issues with joysticks and no native 4:3 resolution options
Worked just fine when it was available, but it's an short online experience that is now delisted so it's doubtful it'd work any more
5.9-GE-5-ST GloriousEggroll
Glorious Eggroll 5.9
Only GE Proton worked: more recent official versions 6.3-1 and 5.13.6 both booted to a black screen.
Works out the box with Proton Experimental. UI displays Playstation buttons for some reason
Cutscenes play corrupted but are short and negligable
Freezes every 60 seconds for between 1 and 4 seconds before resuming. Seems agnostic of how busy the screen is, suspect it may be something to do with the game's internal clock. However, a similar problem has been reportedly observed on Windows:

Crashed in-game once (during HK tank fight). Otherwise played to completion with no troubles
Runs as if native, just don't switch down to desktop while the game is running or everything will freeze
