Tinker Steps:Changed configuration

To run this on the SteamDeck, go to desktop mode and edit the .ini file from 'TargetPlatform=DirectX12' to 'TargetPlatform=DirectX11'.

If you've installed it on the SD card, select the sd card in the file explorer and navigate to 'primary/steamapps/common/makaimura_GG_RE'

After that it runs flawlessly. No need to change the proton version.

From right click via game in Steam, select 'Manage' then 'Browse local files' /Makaimura_GG_RE/config.ini and change TargetPlatform=DirectX12 to TargetPlatform=DirectX11

I only saw one other report where a user had to change to DX11 others didn't seem to have the issue.
