The usual mouse cursor stuck in fullscreen mode, switch to windowedd fullscreen to fix
Not sure if this is just from the game, but sometimes in multiplayer the very first hole can be very laggy
The spirit box can be used by just having your microphone recognised, the Ouija board does not work at all, but is not typically required.

As sais in a previous report, this game uses UnrealEngine 3 which is 100% supported on Linux.
Using the gold instructions below I made smite start up, Jungle practice works perfectly, but as soon as you want to go into a real match(after god selection and such) it immediately crashes to the lobby without you being able to rejoin the match.

Just get the base game, the deluxe versions etc are just cosmetic.
