Some wird artifacts that looked like clouds in the air. But I only noticed them sometimes.
Worked and only had some minor graphical artifacts.
Works perfectly fine

lightning abominations using dx12 -- you will encounter them with time at certain places, so use dx11 instead
sometimes, the first loading of a game save might take longer than consecutive ones
serious stutters when spamming some type of explosives (by the player or npc)
using dx12 beta branch does not solve the lightning issue
see lightning issues examples
I get this to work by switching to DX12 (beta:elexiidx12) and smashing space during the intro animations. If I don't smash space then it hangs at "Loading" with a black background.

If you have less than 8GB of VRAM like I have, you will probably have graphical corruptions and slowness.
As reported by other users the DX12 version gives you more FPS but you will have annoying micro-stutter. After trying it on the Deck I noticed there are none so I suspect it's the amount of VRAM: if you have less than 8GB you will encounter them.
The DX11 version, instead, will have less fps but also less stutter.
Lower the texture quality if you have these problems (among other settings).
To enable the DX12 version of the game go to Properties->Beta and select elexiidx12 but be warned that it will download again more than half of the game.
DX12 version works well enough out of the box
In some locations, textures disappeared. The issue did not occur with DX11, but overall DX12 is the much better option. DX11 was unplayable to me because of micro-stutter.
I experienced one crash in my 120 hours playing the game.
The DX12 version works well enough. DX11 doesn't have the graphics issues DX12 has, but has slower frame rates and a micro stutter that made it intolerable to me.

Just using GE because of FSR :)
Left trackpad as quickslots 1-8
small fps drops to around 15 sometimes
For best performance:
In Game settings: Windows Mode = Borderless Aspect Ratio = 16:10 Resolution = 1152 x 720 Scaling = 80% All Graphics options = Off/Low where applicable.
Deck Settings: Framerate Limit = 40 Refresh Rate = 40 Scaling Filter = FSR
Solid 40fps in game. Frame dips here and there, but nothing major, fully playable.
Strange glitches with fog inside the Grotto. Flying fiery stars near torches and braziers
My GPU is always loaded at 99%, but fps is stable 60-75
AMD RX 6600. Playable with some graphic glitches

Occasional missing textures, but very possible that they are oversight by the game's developers.
After installation, the game had problems with the occasional loss of frames (stuttering) (every few - several seconds), and it crashed every hour or two. Changing the engine to DirectX12 (elexiidx12) and changing the game launch options helped.
Click on the game name> Properties ...> BETAS> select "elexiidx12 - The DX12 version by ELEXII".
After that, the game runs fine at 40-60fps
There was some heavy stuttering at the beginning of the game that eventually went away after less than a hour of gameplay. I was able to complete the game after 50 hours total playtime with no issues encountered besides the inital heavy stuttering at beginning of the game.
*Epic version of the game downloaded with Heroic and played via Steam. It did not launch with default proton version so switched to GEproton 7-24
Used the DX12 beta
As my previous report showed, this game was basically unplayable for me before. Opting in to the DX12 beta in Steam completely solved all my problems. Now runs at 60fps at high settings on 1440p. No issues encountered so far.
Heavy stuttering; unplayable.
Heavy stuttering even on low settings. Pretty much unplayable
Tried chaning proton version; no change.
worked out of the box with some stutter at the start that resolved itself
lots of stutter, probably shader compilation. 50 fps 3440x1440 medium settings
Runs on Steam Deck (+70 hours)
Sometimes textures start to fade to black, restarting fixes this issue
Had a problem after proton7.0-2 update -> removing shadercache dirctory 900040 fixed it (see github for more info's)
The game runs on steam deck well, the performance is good. There were a few FPS drops but this seems to be a game related issue since have the same problems on windows with an highend graphics card too. I have not checked the actual FPS but it feels smooth 99% of the time.
There is too much lagging and hanging while playing the game. It's not possible for me to play the game normal.
If you set the graphics to the lowest Level, you are able to go through the World. But after some steps framedrops appears. If you set heigher graphical settings, it's lagging all the time by looking around.
I think it's the NVidia graphic card what makes trouble. The loading, the graphics and so on works fine. The only problems are the laggs and the hangings in the game, especially while playing with heigher graphical settings.

Drops FPS. It has performance problems even in Windows.
Use the last GR Proton and Wine FSR in 1 or 2 variants. Seems that it fixes the unstability of FPS.
Works perfectly ootb
Runs great with some clipping in the Morkon's base. Other than that, game runs fine and I was able to complete it with no issues.
Morkon's base clipping
Textures turn black (shader issue?)
Feels like native!
The game hung twice in 11 hours. Complete non-issue as it lets you quicksave freely.
When moving around in the world, there are sometimes short hickups in framerate. While I haven't tried playing on Windows, the game's developer is normally very good at completely seamless background loading, so I assume this to be Wine/Proton specific.
After the first Patch, it was very smooth at ~50fps on HIGH, before it was kinda laggy at ~40fps on HIGH
gamemoderun gamescope -r 75 -W 1920 -H 1080 -f -U -e --fsr-sharpness 0.2 %command%
In Fort for example, textures sometimes pop in and out. Changing RENDER RANGE in game settings from HIGH to MEDIUM do the trick. Similar problems on Windows, we have to wait for the patches.
Stable at 75 fps (locked) most of the time. Big drops to even 45 fps in cities and other locations. The drops caused annoying clippings. To prevent clipping it helped to use GAMESCOPE and VSYNC in game settings enabled. The fps drops still occur, but are less bothersome. I also tested on Windows, the situation with fps drops was similar (oddly enough, in Fort fps dropped to 30 sick!). We have to wait for the patch from the developers.
One crash so far, while picking lock (about 30 hours of gameplay).
By the way. This game in awesome ;)
Sometimes textures fading black
Very poor FPS with AMD 6600 XT even on all medium/low (around 25 up to 45)

Significant FPS drops on some occasions, like throwing a fireball.
Performance related issues seem to also exist on windows machines
Works on Ubuntu 20.04 with a 1060ti quite well.
Performance problems were fixed by the overnight patch.
This game worked day one with Proton 7 on Ubuntu 20.04. It was glitchy at first but the patch they issued overnight seems to have fixed those glitches.
For your information, the game runs on a Vega 64 without any problems. And I used the GOG version.
As I'm using pretty much the minimal required hardware, it's a bit laggy but still playable. Sometime the FPS drop to 20 or 18. This can happen especialy in combats which is kind a annoying but still manageable.
Didn't thought the game would be playable right away at release so I'm verry glad is!
The game seems to be working fine.
It must be caching shaders or something because it took a while to get going in the beginning, but after a while it was very smooth.
Cutscenes and in-engine all working. (My launch params might be overkill. The mangohud fps limit is used for a low latency with VRR.)
