No issues during playthrough, worked out of the box.
Played through the entire main storyline without any glitches at all. The only issue that I had is that I installed it onto a 7200 RPM HD that is not my OS drive, and if I didn't access the drive from the OS before starting Steam after a restart, Steam would say the game wasn't installed. I played using an XBox One controller connected via Bluetooth and it worked right out of the box too.

Plays fine, consider lowering fps if it lags
Although it's a puzzle game, Croteam put there these giantic locations and all they can manage visual-wise, so be conservative in your estimates of how it'd run. If you encounter slowness, I propose lowering FPS to 30 since it doesn't affect its' laid back gameplay.

In locations with large bodies of water frametimes could be a bit erratic on the Ultra preset. Dropping down to High preset in these areas would resolve the frametime issues. Doing this switched reflections on the water from Lumen reflections to screen space reflections. I think the frame time issues were simply from Lumen being performed on very large surfaces. The most notable areas for this were East 1 - Grasslands, and South 2 - Verdant Canyon.
I had a single crash during one puzzle. When restarting the game and trying again the crash didn't occur.
Did everything I could in a single playthru of the base game. Mostly played on Ultra preset with Quality XeSS on a 1440p display, however on maps with large bodies of water I would drop down to high preset to improve frametimes. Overall the game ran well enough and I had a good time with it.

Game detects "unsupported" Intel Xe graphics, even though the game runs fine on the same hardware on Windows.
Tried many variations of Proton versions and flags, nothing worked
It's a Wine bug - different behavior on Windows and Linux.
Runs nicely.

Runs fine
No issues

Game has very bad frame pracing, resulting in weird micro-stutters despite running at 100+ fps at all times.
Works well without any tinkering.
PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 %command%
Works out of the box

Game is not starting when second monitor is active. Deactivating the second monitor starts the game and runs flawlessly. When the game is open you can reactivate the second monitor.
Not starting with second monitor active.

Game has performance issues. I have to play on medium settings with FSR set to balanced on 3440x1440 resolution. Though this might just be the games fault.

Works out of the box with Proton 9.0-3
Had no major compatibility related issues while running the game.

Running fine on low with 45 max FPS. Adjusting minor settings can improve graphics but FPS may drop.
TDP limit to 10, max 45 FPS
Played start to finish and encountered no problems whatsoever
installed via steam, ran immediately, without any problems. Mangohud also works. Only Frame Generation does not work

Moving from an Ubuntu Base to an Arch base made it just work.
Windowmode does not constrain the mouse to the Window, so playing it Fullscreen or Borderless is recommended
during the game going to the menu and resuming would make it stutter, lowering the graphic settings to medium solved it
Before I had trouble getting the game to even open at all, no fix I tried seemed to work. Since then I have moved to CachyOS, installed their Gamingpackages that included their own Proton version, their Kernel with the Nvidia drivers baked in, and I could just run it without forcing any proton version or launch options. Funnily enough, using any launch options like PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1or Gamemoderun would revert to my old problem of the game simply not opening.

Flickering in the main menu only.
Game freezes when I try to use the built-in photo mode. There's a rare chance that the game freezes when restarting from a checkpoint.
Launch options are required if I even want to boot into the game. After that, performance is pretty much identical with Windows, even when I let Raymond do all the tracing (though I keep global illumination and reflections to High as Ultra tanks my framerate with no visible improvement to graphics. Raymond works hard enough already). Main menu is flickering, which doesn't really bother me, but the game has some rare crashes; forget about using photo mode, tried it once and the game froze on me. Additionally, there were a couple instances where restarting from a checkpoint by holding X also froze the game (I softlocked myself out of one or two puzzles because I'm not very bright). Besides the crash here and there, it runs perfectly.

The game crashes when you have integrated graphics enabled. I had to go into my BIOS and disable integrated graphics. After that the game ran perfectly.

Runs well and looks beautifull!
It's a great puzzle game, would absolutely recommend playing. Runs great, at least on good hardware.

Without the launch option, the game displayed a black screen but did not crash. Should work for hybrid (iGPU+dGPU) setups with nvidia dGPU.

The game works fully, however nVidia DLSS does not appear to show up in Video options for the smart upscaling, despite the card+drivers supporting it.

Runs out of the box, sometimes the game hungs and must be killed, but it happens quite rarely.
Sometimes the game hungs.

Seems to run well and without issues, although I'll admit I've not had the chance to play that many hours yet.
MESA_VK_DEVICE_SELECT=1002:73ff! %command%
Gets stuck on a black screen on launch after all the logos if the launch options aren't used. Determine your graphics card id using "MESA_VK_DEVICE_SELECT=list vulkaninfo", and then drop it into the value of the flag "MESA_VK_DEVICE_SELECT" (note the exclamation point that's added after you id in the launch options)

Game will initially try to launch, and then instantly close. Sometimes it'll just close and report the directx12 error
Does not work.
Works perfectly out of the box.

On LinuxMint 21.3 the game would crash the computer after about 5 minutes. I traced the issue to a hardware issue with my GPU and Linux Kernel 5.15. After updating to LinuxMint 22 which includes linux kernal 6.8; the game plays flawlessly.
Check your linux kernel version and consider updating to a newer version/distro if you are having random crashes midgame.

Black screen on start
I tried Proton experimental, Proton GE, Proton 9.0, and some launch options that had been recommended in other reports. None of them worked.
I went through several attempts to get it working on this machine... at first, I was experiencing an issue where the game (and only this game) had distorted colors upon starting it, all the way into its initial settings page. I uninstalled the proprietary vulkan-amdgpu-pro
, and I then force cleared the shader cache before launching the game again. The issue with broken colors went away and then the screen was black, giving me the Talos mouse cursor, landing on the initial settings screen again.
Since other reports with AMD GPUs mentioned it, I tried switching between Proton versions, including GE, but nothing worked, including the launch option for disabling the 3D mesh shader extension. After some duck ducking, I found a few forum posts that also stemmed from having a HiDPI display with Unreal Engine games - so, I undid all of my XFCE 4K settings, turned the resolution back down to 1080p and tried again. No luck. It seems this game flatly isn't working on some AMD desktops, still.
However, it is booting up fine on a machine I have with an NVIDIA GPU (Experimental, also 1080p). It would seem that it is AMD-related.

Beautiful game.

It's fine. good game too.
The game runs with no issue. It runs with absolute out of the box.

crashes within 30 minutes of play time
Tried various launch options, my system struggles to run ue5 games. crashes no matter what i try (launch options, steam as system package/flatpack)

The game starts. Black screen. Then shuts down itself.
I have tried all the launch methods but none has worked for me so far. The game does not even reach the menu. The game runs fine on Windows.
RTX artifacts on dialogues
Minor artifacts but may be due to the AA/Upscaling

100% playable but reduced performance vs Windows
on Windows 10 with the same PC, framerate was about 20 fps higher using same graphical settings
