DXVK_FILTER_DEVICE_NAME="Intel(R) Arc(tm) A580 Graphics (DG2)"
Great game, works pretty much out of the box, no issues at all. You can play all maxed out even though general temps are better with the ambient occlusion disabled. The A580 never goes above 55-58C. I used the 6.13 default kernel in order to read temps. Overall great.

Будто натив
Пашет без нареканий, с производительностью проблем нет, багов не замечено. Смело можно идти разбирать сараи на лом.
Requires setting the controller layout to Dual Shock 4.
gamemoderun %command%

Aside from old saves not being compatible and the occassional crash (which occur on Windows) the game runs fine.
Old Windows saves weren't compatible but that may have been caused by an update.
Crashed twice in 10+ hours but it did so on Windows as well.
Saw some suggestions to play the original instead of Re-Mars-tered, but the remaster played fine and looked great.
Some issues from the original still persist though, like weird vehicle physics, but compared to the game at initial release the remaster is virtually bug-free. The remaster has a shader issue (that is also in Windows) with a black hole in the sky when you look straight up, but I almost never do that so no big deal.

Not sure if cars flickering is a thing with Re-Mars-tered or Linux (original on Win did not have that problem). Other than that - yeah.
Damaged cars keep flickering between intact and damaged versions when used, especially obvious with EDF vehicles. Afaik does not impede gameplay.
Needs Proton 7 to run properly.

Stable 60 FPS at Very High preset, TDP set to 12W. Menus were wonky where sometimes I cannot navigate with dpad until I press something on the left trackpad.

Black circle on the skybox when looking up, sometimes stretching across the screen.
Everything works fine, but I haven't tried the multiplayer modes. The black circle glitch on the skybox happens in a weird manner, as it stretches depending on the angle you're looking up. It's not a game-breaking glitch, but it hurts the experience a bit.
steam says its running but no window appears. I think its a problem with KDE
No llega a arrancar, no aparece ninguna ventana Does not start up, no window appears
Не сворачивается на Alt-Tab
Might need to turn Vsync on as I noticed it locked itself to 30 FPS and then changed to 60 FPS when I turned on Vsync. Other than that, game ran very well.
This is probably fine if you don't invert your Y. I'll revisit it eventually to see if Proton or SteamOS updates fix the problems I had.
Attempted to invert the Y-axis. I changed the setting, but the game ignored it. The game has Steam Input integration, and thus has no in-game inversion setting.
The default settings did not let me control the menus at all. I switched to the Dual Shock 4 profile, and it worked. I still was not able to invert the Y-axis, making the game unplayable for me.
Take the report overall with a grain of salt. I only played long enough to establish that I was unable to invert the Y axis. Maybe 30 seconds after it loaded into the map.
Game runs a clean 60 with slight drops after changing the controller config. Even without changing display settings, it still runs great.
Set Window Mode to Exclusive Fullscreen
Disabled:
-Motion Blur
-Depth of Field
Changed Shadows to Low
Changed Textrures to Medium.
Set Resolution to 1280x720
None of these changes are necessary, they just help squeeze out some extra battery life and keep the 60fps more stable.
Single player campaigns work great, but I couldn't get multiplayer to work at all.
If you look directly upwards, there's a large black circle in the middle of the skybox. Not a major issue as you almost never have to look up that high.
I had 4 crashes in about 40 hours of playing. They seemed random and weren't necassarily Proton-related.
Despite trying multiple Proton versions and launch options among other things, I couldn't connect to a game, nor did any appear in matchmaking. I wasn't able to create a custom lobby without either being kicked out of multiplayer or stuck on an endless screen saying "connecting".
When you select LAN game, it'll say it's connecting for about half a second before disconnecting without so much as an error message to say why. Wrecking Crew modes work fine though.
Работает хорошо, стабильно. Иногда проведает на пару кадров на секунду, но редко.
Now work good
Played with Proton 6.3-8
Had to restart the game after changing to fullscreen or the mouse wouldn't work correctly.
Finished game with some crashes
Black circle in middle of skybox. Not noticeable unless you look straight up
5-6 crashes during playthrough. 2 during the last mission which made me restart the whole thing
Little buggy; though im not sure if thats to do with proton; the game etc. Overall a really fun experience i highly recommend it
If you look directly up there is a black void (missing skybox) witch causes some minor graphical issues, but most of the time you dont see it.
Every-time i received a notification (ie discord) my frames would drop to 0 for about 3 seconds. So mute your notifications when you play.
So far only 1 crash in my 10h play trough
Aside from a minor issue in windowing, it plays as if I'm on Windows when using Proton 5.13
Attempting to set resolution to 1440p in exclusive fullscreen would result in the maximum framerate being 20. I was able to resolve this by playing the game in fullscreen window. This let me set the refresh rate to 144 hz. No further issues.

Game crashes after loading data for main menu
Tested with Proton 5.0-7, 4.11-13, 4.2-9 with vary command params.
With command param PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% in windowed mode intro logos is shown, picture with Loading is shown, after that - black screen and window about crash of game appear.
Just works!
Great performance 4k 60fps with all grafhic setting at max and v-syng
Runs very smoothly without any issues

Very little crackling some times
When traveling back to parker, reducing tecture quality to low fix it. This bug is present in windows too.
I had to restart the game after changing resolution as it made no difference in game. Other than that it is flawless.

Just Works™

Native performance, no issues, just great.

runs perfectly with no issues

The game runs solid and without any issues. Performance wise I get a solid 100-200fps most of the time at 1440p ultra wide all settings maxed.

Forcing WINE_D3D11=1 required for game to boot up, only for it to promptly assert that it crashed. Making matters worse, the executable is buried underneath multiple Steam shell wrappers and daisy-chained processes such that killing the hung process is not as simple as pgrepping something obvious like RFG-dot-exe, or xkilling the game window.

Game works out of the box on Ubuntu MATE 18.04.2 LTS. Keyboard and mouse works properly and the game can be played in full screen mode. Ultrawide aspect ratio is properly supported, too. See game play video here --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0A-WUR9ts4

Runs perfectly in windowed mode, good performance.
However, in exclusive fullscreen mode it won't accept any keyboard input, so don't use it.

Framerate was choppy until I disabled v-sync. Played for about an hour with no issues whatsoever.
